Melissa Barrera’s films are high priority for me. Anything to support her. Did you hear that spyglass tried to set up a meeting with her to offer her the job back and she pretty much said “no thanks”
So many of the movies you mentioned seem cool. Haven't heard of most of these but some do sound interesting, especially with some of the actors in these and the synopsis from some that you read. With this many horror movies coming out next year, it seems like a good year for horror. Thanks for another great and cozy video Kylie! Also you're so close to 30k subs!
It's so exciting to see so many top actors in Hollywood right now either coming back to horror or diving into it. Hopefully, that one day leads to bigger recognition for the genre and maybe even inclusion in award shows (delusional I know but a girl can dream)
Okay we have a LOT in common when it comes to sentiments regarding movies, franchises, directors, and actors. Very glad I discovered your channel today.
Wow didn't realize so much stuff is coming out next year since most other projects I've actually heard of are all coming out in 2025. But lots of interesting films you mentioned that I might be checking out. Great video as always Kylie!
Ghosts of war is a movie from 2020 with Kyle Galner, a really original haunting movie in a ww2-setting with honestly great performances all around an great cinematography. It however, really goes absolute bat-Shit insane in the final 10 minutes which is why it is scored around 5.7/10 on IMDB. But honestly: up until the end, it is GREAT and really original! And well, if you know there’s a really crazy ending coming, at least you Can have fun with it. Even though you know it’s gonna be crazy at the end, trust me, you will never guess it 😂 Like you said, Kyle always stands out for me as well!
A lot of of movies like "Shelby Oaks" were pushed back because of a strike thing over there in Hollywood. I mean "Dune part II" was set up for November '23 and just released this weekend.
Good list, there are potential some huge bangers coming out next year, my most anticipated are… 8. Bettlejuice 2 7. Alien: Romulus 6. Witchboard 5. Lisa Frankenstein 4. Scream 7 (if that is still happening) 3. Nosferatu 2. Terrifier 3 1. MaXXXine
For Wolf-Man, it's been recently announced that Ryan Gosling won't be starring in that movie anymore. Christopher Abott will be the lead. The only plot that's been revealed is a man who must protect his family from a werewolf. Also, about the untitled Melissa Barrera film that's being made by the Scream directors, I heard that one is supposed to be about Dracula's daughter, which sounds cool. The resurgence of Universal Monster movies is exciting.
Fun fact: You're one of the main people to inspire me to stop watching trailers. And I've been wayyy happier ever since lol. So happy & relieved to see that Melissa Barrera is staying with the horror genre, definitely looking forward to anything she's in. The Watchers looks super interesting, excited to see Georgina too! Of course Saw XI, Smile 2 & Maxxine. Nosferatu!!!! Ahh!! I think I'd pick that one for my most anticipated 😁
Hey Kylie thanks for making this since it did help about upcoming movies. Also the ones I am aware that you miss that are coming out is it follows 2, final destination 6, and orphan 3 which has just been announced and likely next year. Also because of the situation I'm not excited for the scream 7 movie they are trying to make so either it's gonna be cancelled or just be bad if released. Also a thanksgiving 2 and a black phone 2 was announced for 2025 which is so exciting! And although I dislike spyglass now for what they did to Melissa, I actually loved Thanksgiving and pretend it wasn't made by them and I usually just love the movies but not the production creators of them.
I'd love to see a prediction bingo for Saw XI, I'm so pumped for that movie. It's my most anticipated horror release of the year, along with Terrifier 3. Of course, all of these films sound interesting, but those are my top two. I'm also curious to see what Jordan Peele has cooked up, and I'm excited to see Mindful. I absolutely love Jenny Slate, she's a seriously underrated actress.
I only got into the Saw movies right when Saw X released, after years of childhood trauma. I can't wait until Saw XI, because I plan on going to see it in theaters with my brothers, and I've been to the theater like five times in my entire life, so this is important to me
My Top 20 Anticipated Horror Movies of 2024 are 1-Maxxxine 2-Terrifier 3 3-Nosfeartu 4-Alien: Romulus 5-untitled Radio Silence film 6-Smile 2 7-Beetlejuice 2 8-The Strangers Trilogy 9-Saw 11 10-A Quiet Place: Day One 11-Hell of a Summer (directed by Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard) 12-Faces of Death 13-Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey 2 (sorry, but I really enjoyed the first film) 14-Trap 15-The Watchers 16-Cuckoo 17-The Home 18-The Wolf Man 19-Lisa Frankenstein 20-Time Cut
As someone from western Ireland I'm very excited about The Watchers! Also I love The Omen movies, that was one of the first horror movies I watched as a child so I'm excited for that but also I already know it's not going to replace the original one in my heart
There are a lot of movies you mentioned that sound pretty cool. The movie Thanksgiving isn't the only Thanksgiving themed slasher. One with a decent budget and big name actors, yeah. If you like low budget, cheesy, b-grade, make a drinking/consumable game, there are at least 2(could be more in the series), Thankskilling. A mutant turkey slings blood and cheesy one-liners. Also, the new Faces of Death isn't all that "new." There's a whole series of Faces of Death movies that started back in the 80s and ran up until the mid-90s. They were marketed as being real life film/video of people/animals dying. Yes, there were some real news reels used, but where it actually was supposed to show death that was actors and special effects. For the longest time, it was hard to find copies. They were found footage long before Blair Witch. I remember only one being released in the theaters, the last in that series, which was number 13(possibly as high as 15). They're all available on DVD now(last I checked). And there was a series called Traces of Death. They're all pretty mild gore wise compared to some of today's horror. But back in 83-84 as a... well as a teenager(okay I was 15 or 16 years old) that first one fucked me up. So yeah, I'm a horror hound from waay back. Watching old horror movies on Saturday afternoons. Stuff like the old Hammer horror and all those English/Irish/Scottish or Hungarian creature/witchy/Gothic horror. Then going to a friend's house to watch newer stuff on laser disc and eventually video tapes and in the theater. I wanted to see A Nightmare on Elm Street so bad. But when a co worker, her husband, myself and my date went to the midnight showing(hoping things would be more lax) my date and I couldn't get in.You had to have ID showing you were 18 or at a minimum 17 w/a guardian. I was 16, and my date was 15, so we were screwed. So they went to Nightmare and my date and I went to see Purple Rain. I've babbled enough. I'm glad I found your channels, and hopefully, I can join your Patreon at some point.
Omg I really hope that Leigh Whannel wolf man is gonna be a real thing! I’m so seated for that! Regardless of whoever plays the main character. I also really hope the secret universal movie is bride of Frankenstein too. Also I’m down to see your Saw XI bingo card predictions! We all know you can see the future! Faces of death is interesting cuz there already exists a series of Faces of Death movies but they’re hard to find cuz they’ve been labeled as “snuff films” or movies that show actual death, not just acting 😬 pretty sure it’s gonna be watered down
2024 looks like it’s going to be a great year for the horror genre. A bunch of interesting ones to look forward to. Fun video. The fireplace is an awesome background.
2024 looks very promising for horror genre. I am waiting for Watchers, A Quiet Place spin-off, new Alien and Silent Hill movies and Untitled Monster Universal Project (i believe, working title is Abducting Abigail). There's also a movie no one talks about - Blackwater Lane which stars Minka Kelly and Maggie Grace.
The untitled movie with Barrera/Stevens is called Abigail! Wow it looks very interesting and cool. Excited! I just saw a new Facebook ad a minute ago for it.
rad! pretty hype for terrifier 3, that gosling-whannell wolf man, the new peele original (and the other monkeypaw releases) ooh a movie about an online moderator how relatable lol halle berry horror!! i’m down. nosferatu 🔥🔥🔥 everything I hear about it makes me more hype. yeah christmas is gonna be a banger weekend. oh woooah so down for a jenny slate horror comedy!! dang a new aronofsky film… but with jared leto :( that’s like a gourmet cake with artisanal frosting and dirt instead of sprinkles. woooooahhh dust bunny sounds amazing!!! oh wow and zach cregger with pedro pascal!!! that’s gotta be a banger. another Oz Perkins flick! down!! oh I didn’t know the blackcoats daughter is bleh. expectations managed haha. ooh if they found us is lovecrafty I’m down for that too!! horror stans know barbara crampton is a ripper time cut!! Wow what a lot to go through. 😳 l like hearing about the plots but even more interested😅 as to who is in it and who Directs it. Thanks for filling us in on that. Yes we are all looking forward as to whats coming in 2024. Yes there are the sequels that we can look forward to. But my hope is that the writers will sit down and come up with new stuff to excite us. We like to be surprised, especially in Horror. I hope you would agree to that thought.
I have been waiting for Salems lot for 2 years now lol. Salems lot is my favorite king book, so I read it again last year anticipating the new movie and it never happened. 😢. Hopefully soon. Other than that Maxxxine and the new Alien I am most excited for. But another great video!!! Keep em coming
I don't know if that Leigh Whannell Wolf Man is actually happening or not. I remember hearing about it a little after he did The Invisible Man because I think they were planning to restart the Universal Monsters universe, which they've since kind of scrapped. I really hope it does happen, though!
I'm glad she didn't call us children of the corn. Being a demon is fine. But those kids were creepy. And we're not even going to talk about the quality of the franchise.
Damm I've been hyped for the Wolfman with Ryan Gosling for 3 years now lol. Now I've just seen that Christopher Abbott is replacing him from Sanctuary / solid vid btw Ky ☠️💪🏾
As far as the new Conjuring movie goes, what if the sisters swap roles and Vera is playing an older sister Irene while Taisa is playing a young Lorraine Warren?
This might upset some people but Ryan Gosling was replaced by Christopher Abbott in new Wolfman movie. To me, it's not a bad thing. I personally think that Christopher Abbott (just like Kyle Gallner) is underrated scream king who deserves his own horror franchise.
While I don't want a shot by shot remake of Speak No Evil, I think the harsh darkness needs to remain. And I'll totally back you in acts of violence if that Ryan-Leigh-Wolfman movie doesn't happen.
One remake/reinterpritation I'm really looking forward to in 2024 is Robert Eggers Nosferatu...I loved his first 3 features cause of the story, cinematography, and the in-depth research he does to make it historically accurate as possible to the time period...plus the great Willem Dafoe is in it!!! Can't wait!!! 🦇🧛🩸
The lighting looks great especially with the fire in the background.. I usually don't stay up to date on what's coming down the pipeline these days for any genre, so these videos are always nice.. I'm obviously excited for Maxxxine.. I didn't know they were making new The Strangers films, I love the original, the sequel was okay at best but not horrible, not sure where they'd go with the new films but there's definitely some potential there depending on what direction they go..
"do you understand how seated for that I will be??" is an all time quote lmao 14:00 oh and apparently Christoper Abbott will be in the wolfman and maybe not Ryan Gosling :( still cool but not The Gozz
I say yes to the Saw Bingo card so we can all see how wrongity wrong wrong wrong we are lol Looking at all of our predictions for Halloween Ends proves none of us can possible know, hahahahaha. I think my favorites to look forward to are 5. Smile 2 4. Terrifier 3 3.The Conjuring Last Rite ( I will never not be excited for these, lol) 2.Saw XI 1.Maxxxine.(Without a doubt) Is Faces of Death a remake? There were films called that in either the late 70s or 80s. I've never seen them because I've heard they were incredibly hard to watch. Witchboard, huh? I'm moderately curious about that one. I remember the 2 from the 80s. Nosferatu...Eggers is hit or miss for me. LOVED the Witch, obviously. Really disliked The Lighthouse and the Northman (Even though it was a beautiful movie). I will definitely see it, but I guess we will see what side of the fence I land on lol. Also...we do need more occult movies. More importantly we need more accurate occult movies lol
Just curious if you like the creature feature movies from the 50s? Such as blob, Them! Tarantula, fiend without a face, Beast with a million eyes, It came from beneath the sea, the beginning of the end, deadly mantis. You get the idea.
Thank youuuu, a fellow anti trailer horror fan. I never watch them. If I do it’s for lesser-anticipated movies and I only watch like 5 seconds to get a feel for the look/atmosphere.
Kylie, great video. I'm looking forward to Terrifier 3. I think it'll be the best one yet. It's nice when low-budget fright flicks make a sizeable sum. It gives all wannabe filmmakers hope. Of course there is tremendous luck involved too. But a x-mas Terrifier flick should be quite good.
don't know if anyone mentioned this yet but there was recently an official announcement that gosling won't be doing the wolfman but now christopher abbot •our sanctuary king! thank you so much for that recommendation• is our lead!
Don't forget, our tragic character eddie munson 😢 from stranger things Joseph quinn will also be in the quiet place day one as well thats an actor who we should also be looking forward to in that movie and a little correction: not to sound rude or anything or be annoying just tryna yk help ya out, the orginal quiet place sorta was day one yes but quiet place day one is supposed to explain the aliens arrival to earth and what caused them to come to earth and maybe explain what they are. Like i said not trying to sound rude or mean just a slight correction
Since I'm Irish. I'd like to see that one set in Ireland. I love alien.but not so much all the ones after.hope Beetlejuice is good.have you heard anything about Stephen kings ,Salem lot.i loved smile.hope second one is good
Wrote down the anticipated list of 2024. I think Robert Edgar’s Nosferatu probably set on Winter never watch the original besides the SpongeBob episode.
Melissa Barrera’s films are high priority for me. Anything to support her.
Did you hear that spyglass tried to set up a meeting with her to offer her the job back and she pretty much said “no thanks”
Didn’t hear about that
I love the cosy background. Kinda feels like a cabin.
So many of the movies you mentioned seem cool. Haven't heard of most of these but some do sound interesting, especially with some of the actors in these and the synopsis from some that you read. Okay we have a LOT in common when it comes to sentiments regarding movies, franchises, directors, and actors. Very glad I discovered your channel today.
The fireplace on TV makes a really cool background decor. Looks like an actual fireplace in the wall or a brick pizza oven😸
Shocked you didn’t include Stream, it’s from the Terrifier team and has a ton of our favorite horror icons in it.
20:40 "I'm not seeing a movie starting Jared Leto" I said the same thing in my head 😂
Wow didn't realize so much stuff is coming out next year since most other projects I've actually heard of are all coming out in 2025. But lots of interesting films you mentioned that I might be checking out. Great video as always Kylie!
Terrifier 3,Saw Xl and A Quiet Place Day One are easily my top 3 for 2024.

I met Lauren LaVera at a horror convention last year. She couldn't be nicer. She took a few minutes to talk and take a picture. She was really cool
I can't wait for saw 11,maxxxine,terrifier 3 in that order lol and would love to see a saw 11 prediction card video Kylie 😊 xx
Good list, there are potential some huge bangers coming out next year, my most anticipated are…

Of course Saw XI, Smile 2 & Maxxine.
Nosferatu!!!! Ahh!! I think I'd pick that one for my most anticipated 😁
Yessss my influence 🤌🏼🤌🏼
Smile 2, Terrifier 3 and Beetlejuice 2 are my most anticipated. SO EXCITED FOR BEETLEJUICE 2!
"hello random internet person" I feel so seen maggot mommy
Faces of death is a 1978 film about same subject showing death on videotape and it is very disturbing, so any attempt to remaster it is a bold move
Hey Kylie thanks for making this since it did help about upcoming movies. 13-Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey 2 (sorry, but I really enjoyed the first film)
14-Trap
15-The Watchers

18-The Wolf Man
19-Lisa Frankenstein
20-Time Cut
I love being in your horror cult!!! Good recommendations!!!❤😊
As someone from western Ireland I'm very excited about The Watchers! Also I love The Omen movies, that was one of the first horror movies I watched as a child so I'm excited for that but also I already know it's not going to replace the original one in my heart
“The real trauma is the trauma that we traumaed along the trauma” 💀💀💀
There are a lot of movies you mentioned that sound pretty cool. The movie Thanksgiving isn't the only Thanksgiving themed slasher. One with a decent budget and big name actors, yeah.
The poster you showed of "all my friends are dead" is actually from a polish movie that came out in 2020
2024 looks very promising for horror genre.

My most anticipated horror movie 2024 are:
1. Terrifier 3

3. Maxxine
4. Beetlejuice 2
5. Leigh Whannel's Wolfman
Looking forward to MaxXxine, Nosfrratu, Alien: Romulus, Beetlejuice 2, and Saw 11.
rad!
pretty hype for terrifier 3, that gosling-whannell wolf man, the new peele original (and the other monkeypaw releases)
ooh a movie about an online moderator how relatable lol
halle berry horror!! i’m down.
nosferatu 🔥🔥🔥 everything I hear about it makes me more hype.
yeah christmas is gonna be a banger weekend.
oh woooah so down for a jenny slate horror comedy!!

@@HauntedHippie fr!!!
I just bought my calendar for 2024. Thank you for the day!!!!

Awesome video as always Kylie. The background vibe was so right for this. 2024 is gonna be an interesting year of Horror. 🤟👌
I don't know if that Leigh Whannell Wolf Man is actually happening or not. I remember hearing about it a little after he did The Invisible Man because I think they were planning to restart the Universal Monsters universe, which they've since kind of scrapped. I really hope it does happen, though!
When you professed your love for Josh Hartnett you reminded me of PENNY DREADFUL, one of my favoritessss, I think it would definitely be your bag
As far as the new Conjuring movie goes, what if the sisters swap roles and Vera is playing an older sister Irene while Taisa is playing a young Lorraine Warren?
i noticed Horrorscope was moved up to May 10, 2024
the "IV" next to the movie title just means that's it's the 4th film to have the same title (not related)
when i saw Speak No Evil i thought it was something with that it had Kane and Danielle Harris
This might upset some people but Ryan Gosling was replaced by Christopher Abbott in new Wolfman movie. To me, it's not a bad thing. I personally think that Christopher Abbott (just like Kyle Gallner) is underrated scream king who deserves his own horror franchise.
Right on 420 !
Next year seems soooo stacked. I'm sat.
I'm so subscribing I just found your channel with this intro is amazing
U had me with Night Btch 😂
While I don't want a shot by shot remake of Speak No Evil, I think the harsh darkness needs to remain. And I'll totally back you in acts of violence if that Ryan-Leigh-Wolfman movie doesn't happen.
I’m excited for the radio silence Monster film as it’s coming out on my birthday April 19th 🎉
When we getting the next final destination I swear every year there’s rumors of it
Ryan Gosling was actually replaced by Christopher Abbott in Wolf Man
I like the background fireplace tv like we're in cabin Kylie
One remake/reinterpritation I'm really looking forward to in 2024 is Robert Eggers Nosferatu...I loved his first 3 features cause of the story, cinematography, and the in-depth research he does to make it historically accurate as possible to the time period...plus the great Willem Dafoe is in it!!! Can't wait!!! 🦇🧛🩸
No Stream? Teaser looks awesome
Bruh how did I just find ur channel im bout to binge all these vids
I'm super excited for the sequel THEY FOLLOW with Maika Monroe back, hope for updates soon
Thanks I think I’m gonna try to keep these cozy vibes goin
"do you understand how seated for that I will be??" is an all time quote lmao 14:00 oh and apparently Christoper Abbott will be in the wolfman and maybe not Ryan Gosling :( still cool but not The Gozz
I say yes to the Saw Bingo card so we can all see how wrongity wrong wrong wrong we are lol Looking at all of our predictions for Halloween Ends proves none of us can possible know, hahahahaha.
I think my favorites to look forward to are
5. Smile 2
4. Terrifier 3
3.The Conjuring Last Rite ( I will never not be excited for these, lol)
2.Saw XI
1.Maxxxine.(Without a doubt)
Is Faces of Death a remake? There were films called that in either the late 70s or 80s. I've never seen them because I've heard they were incredibly hard to watch.
Witchboard, huh? I'm moderately curious about that one. I remember the 2 from the 80s.
Nosferatu...Eggers is hit or miss for me. LOVED the Witch, obviously. Really disliked The Lighthouse and the Northman (Even though it was a beautiful movie). I will definitely see it, but I guess we will see what side of the fence I land on lol.
Also...we do need more occult movies. More importantly we need more accurate occult movies lol
Can't wait to watch terrifier 3!
Return to Silent Hill is an adaptation of Silent Hill 2. It's not a remake. Great video Kylie.
Just curious if you like the creature feature movies from the 50s? Such as blob, Them! Tarantula, fiend without a face, Beast with a million eyes, It came from beneath the sea, the beginning of the end, deadly mantis. You get the idea.
Always been big on 50s sci fi 🤌🏼
Hoping we get more news for new Fear Street movies next year
Thank youuuu, a fellow anti trailer horror fan. I never watch them. If I do it’s for lesser-anticipated movies and I only watch like 5 seconds to get a feel for the look/atmosphere.
Josh Hartnett starred in black mirror this year and it was one of my favorite episodes ever! Check it out if you haven’t seen it yet
Hi Kylie, I recommend you watching Josh Hartnett in Penny Dreadful where he has one of his best performances. You won't regret it!
Eli Roth is gonna be at Megacon next month! YAY! 😂
There’s supposed to be a horror action film starring Samara Weaving as the lead called Azrael
Well if it was involves a beauty like you 2024 will be a vintage year❤🌹🌷 Nice video
Can’t wait for Terrifier 3
Honorable mention kylie, shelby oaks directed by Chris stuckmann
I mentioned that in the video
Kylie, great video. I'm looking forward to Terrifier 3. I think it'll be the best one yet. It's nice when low-budget fright flicks make a sizeable sum. It gives all wannabe filmmakers hope. Of course there is tremendous luck involved too. But a x-mas Terrifier flick should be quite good.
don't know if anyone mentioned this yet but there was recently an official announcement that gosling won't be doing the wolfman but now christopher abbot •our sanctuary king! thank you so much for that recommendation• is our lead!
I’m sooooo much more pumped about it now tbh
Hey just thought of somthing.i don't think anyone's made a Easter horror movie.that would be cool
Markiplier also has a horror movie coming out next year called Iron Lung that's supposed to be released to theaters
Hell yes on 2024 movies
Wow, a lot of movies I’m excited for! Can’t wait! Thx for the list 👍
Final Destination 6 is also coming out this year!
It will most likely come out next year

Looking forward to these 2. I love being apart of the cult.
The poster you showed for “All my friends are dead” is already a movie, not starring Jojo. Really good film, I watched dubbed
can't wait for Nosferatu!!
Imaginary comes out March 8 I believe
Dakota is in the equalizer 3, very good watch
Don't forget, our tragic character eddie munson 😢 from stranger things Joseph quinn will also be in the quiet place day one as well thats an actor who we should also be looking forward to in that movie and a little correction: not to sound rude or anything or be annoying just tryna yk help ya out, the orginal quiet place sorta was day one yes but quiet place day one is supposed to explain the aliens arrival to earth and what caused them to come to earth and maybe explain what they are. Like i said not trying to sound rude or mean just a slight correction
I forgot he was in it tbh 😭
Hey Kylie!! Hope you and dad are doing well! I cannot wait for maxxxine!!! Mia Goth is brilliant!!

Wrote down the anticipated list of 2024. I think Robert Edgar’s Nosferatu probably set on Winter never watch the original besides the SpongeBob episode.
i saw the tv glow too!
girlie your letterboxd link in the description is wrong!!! love you thank you for the videos we bow down xoxo
The fireplace behind you is so nostalgic. My mum always has it playing on the TV… but yeah it’s always a good day when the antichrist posts 🙏
I'm really hoping Fede Alvarez can turn the Alien franchise around. I dug Prometheus, but wasn't interested at all in Alien Covenant.
MaXXXine is definitely my most anticipated. Also looking forward to Tilman Singer's Cuckoo.
