I loved the comment about just doing small things , often. My father was diagnosed with cancer at 80. They needed to do a 10 hour op to remove a tuna but we’re concerned he may not be fit enough. When they put him on an exercise bike they found he was the fittest 80 yr old they’d ever met. His daily exercise was walking to the mosque 5 times a day only a hundred yards down the road. Just that little walk, done regularly made all the difference to his prospect of survival. Thankfully he’s still with us. Cancer free. Three years later.

I’m so grateful to Charlie. I told all my university students- from first years to seniors- to listen to him reading his book. It helped many students. And some students even bought the book. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thankyou for your book, You answered all the questions that I've been struggling ever since in my lifetime. Now I'm thriving. Got a decent job now, reconnected my connection to God and trying to be a better "ME" this time.
