It felt a bit like watching what foster families do. They care for and raise the child, teach them everything they need to know... Only to be left with mixed feelings of joy and sorrow when the child finds their family.
They may never meet again, but they have forever left a mark on the heart of the other.
Yes that's true, but sometimes not all foster families are good loving parents some are only in it just for the money and don't get me started on how they would treat some of these children they were put in charge to look after. For instance some foster families would treat their own children better than how they'd treat these kids, by abusing them in the most cruel way you can imagine even end up killing them.Sometimes you'll hear stories about the abuse these children faced in these foster homes just makes you sick.
Like this story i heard copple yrs back about this foster mom who keeps pimping out her foster daughter to grown men for money and drugs and when she didn't wanna go along with the mother's plan she'd starve and beat the poor child even let her male companion beat the daughter when she didn't wanna sleep with the men. When the young girl ran away the mother didn't report it to child service she just continue collecting the money like nothing happen, it was when the girl was picked up for shoplifting that's when child service know about her case and did something. So whenever you'll come across and hear these stories you've to think and ask yourself, no wonnder these kids keeps running away to live on the streets than stay in these homes!?
I mean, in this film they will meet again the next year
Don't forget about all the ppl who want to be foster parents for loves sake but the state or institution refuses them. We know how that feels.

Biological Parents go thru this . Not all foster parents are good people .The SYSTEM does a TERRIBLE job of filtering out the SCUM that take kids for the money & abuse those kids horribly !
This short shows more moral, feelings and emotion in this 12 minutes than other current films in their entirety.

Замечательный мультфильм. ДЕЛАЙ ДОБРО и ничего в замен не проси. Больше бы таких мультфильмов показывали детям, может тогда и Мир бы стал добрее...
мы точно такие же мульты в 20 веке смотрели союзмультфильм и прочее-и такие дегенераты повырастали -некоторых на кол сажать можно за их поступки)))))) всё дело в людях и воспитании ,а не в мультиках!

Союзмультфильм прекратил свое существование после развала СССР. Анимационное кино, как и в общем кинематограф , в том числе и детское кино, загнулись. После этого и народились те, из кого повырастали дегенераты.

I saw it differently. Did you forget the previous scene near the beginning where the fox 🦊 thought he could fly by flapping his front legs(arms)
and fell to the ground like the cartoon character Wile E Coyote.
Well the scene that he is hanging on to the birds legs while being let down he closes his eyes and feels the rush of the wind and let's go thinking( even if only for a fleeting moment )that he could fly down.
Then realising that nope: I can't.
That is how I interpret it.

I really enjoyed this animation, loved how the fox was rewarded in the end for his efforts of raising the small bird.
Pretty much how all dads feel when they get a little one.... Beautiful environments, good animation and nice characters... Story has an immersive tone and tempo. Good job, guys. Good job.

In all honesty, this was amazing! The music, the animation, the story, the backgrounds, everything! Hope to see more in the future!
Well one of the kid's kind saved his life so it's not too bad of a deal, plus given the chance. The kid may try to find for fox later on.
And a safer area of the forest to live in - bear free and plenty of fish.

What I like about this is that it shows you don't have to choose between identity and love. The fox and bird are what they are, but they're also still family and they love each other. I mean, even a bystander recognized that hence why the other bird saved the fox.

A simple but beautiful story with an uplifting message. I loved how the fox was willing to give up his life for the bird who was determined to save him and then got saved by mum or dad bird. The animation and music was superb. Bravo.

This short is so interesting as a concept and at the same time so gorgeous to look. I hope that it will give to the creators a whole new ideas for an animated feature film and one day in the future they will use this material to make a completely original story.

I love the "-and the fox was on its way" vibes at the end. Also Beautiful story!
I like the fact that at the end he just left and cheerfully wagged his tail, eating a well-deserved fish, and funny music plays in the background. That is, the cartoon did not end on a sad note. The life of the fox continued the same way. Life with the bird was only short excerpt from his long life. Just a little story, the end of which does not mean the end of life and a reason for sadness. I absolutely love it. Family is not just those that look, act, think, or feel like you. Its the little things that make a family, a friend, and in due time, a life changing and heartwarming memory. Though thier paths were not meant to cross and will likely not cross again, thier fates shall forever be intertwined with the teachings and turbulence they've endured with each other. They are family, the bird just has to find himself first before coming back.

I can't stop crying out loud when the little bird flies away with the big bird and just left the fox with a kiss and a fish. The red fox makes me think of my mom, who raise me up with everything she can give me but what I can repay her is very limited.

My grandmother was died before 2 years ago and when i see this video i remember her every time and cry and think where she is going 😭😭
CGI work, music, etc... were excellent! I thought I could predict what would happen next but I couldn't! I don't know why but I couldn't get that satisfying feeling that I would usually get after watching a feel-good movie! I personally loved the sound of that bird and the eyes of that fox

Браво! Анимация на пять с плюсом, глаза у лиса это что-то не вероятное, такие живые, печальные и добрые прямо в сердце. Спасибо за работу.
Несколько раз пересматривал мульт, тоже на глаза обратил внимание. Вообще авторы отлично передали эмоции в этом мультфильме, начиная от музыкального сопровождения до мимики.

You know, sometimes we don't do good to get back some results like this... If we have loved and cared for someone or something, we expect them to stay with us and say we won't leave you... We don't expect them to say "thanks for your love and sacrifice for me, I appreciate it so much..so, here's your pay back... So , let me go now.." it's not , it should not come to this ... It's so unfair to a life ...it's so unfair

3) Fox and bird has a good character development
4) Beavers are gluttonous and terrifying
They were bears not beavers- beavers don't eat fish (or any meat)

@@woodenchair8315 This is not meant to be taken seriously; they're obviously not beavers or they bear it is an artistic representation. Beavers do not eat fish nor are they that size nor do they live and lodges like was depicted. They're not Bears either as was evidenced by their teeth and as was stated tail.

You live in a beautiful country.
The store up fish at the beginning of the story were old and kind of dried up.
The one the large guardian bird gave the fox was fresh.

I just seen only this short film. Beautiful. What a fantastic message for all.
I have watched this cartoon many times,becaurse it makes me remember of my sparrow bird when i was a child.
My brother picked him dropped from unknown net in a garden. We fed him by rice,vegetable,insects,non-salt food. The bird knew how to play with man. He expressed his intelligence and emotion. When the next summer came,he grew enough feather. Someday he saw birds flyed through my yard,he flied around house,then stopped on my hand the last time,before soaring up to the sky.
After that i fed some other birds,but they seemed not to enjoy living with man. I love my sparrow much.
This is beautiful. Both the look of it and the story. 😊
These type of short films are my favorite, pick them over any movie.
