This series helps me a lot as a beginner in BPMN modeling. Thank you for sharing the videos! I have one question. Can I create the Strategic and Operational models as just one file? I thought from the video that I would have to create these as separate files. For example, I would be happy if I could create only one file and switch between [strategic view] [operational view] as needed. Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hi there - We're glad you enjoyed the video! The Praxishandbuch BPMN 2.0 is a book written by our co-founders Jakob Freund and Bernd Ruecker. The first 40 pages of the English translation are available for download here: bit.ly/3YD4lOD
Amazing video! Thanks! Yet would it be possible to get a link to these process models to explore as when trying to enlarge the screen and even choosing HD quality, it is a bit blurry, thus slightly hard to follow.
Hi there - We're so glad you enjoyed this video. We no longer have access to these specific models but real-world examples can be found here: bit.ly/4eBCfrF. Our team and community love discussing BPMN and process models on our forum and we hope you'll join us there: bit.ly/3ypuP97
I'm here to find the answer to the question now at hand -- how to model and play out in Token Simulation the scenario of One-To-Many action. Like in the task, the list (ONE) of Countries (MANY) is processed and for each country a set of Locations (more ONE-TO-MANY) is chosen, and each Location then needs to have it's further workflow. I have trouble with Loops and generating more work tokes in Tokes Simulation and would like to understand how to do it.
The video is jumping: Zoom In, Zoom Out, Pan Left, Pan Right -- I have a headache trying to follow. Please, consider making more user-friendly videos on such important topics.
Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. We would love to learn more about what kind of real-life process examples you're looking for and hope you'll connect with our engineers and community in our forum: bit.ly/3Bozmqt
very logical explanations and simple to understand - like all other videos in this series. Thanks !
Thank you for your kind feedback!
excellent presentation! Very insightful

Thanks for this very helpfull video! In 15:38 you mentioned the BPMN Praxis Handbook. Could you provide a link to that document?

Nice, unfortunately I would prefer examples that can be used in real life and not theoretical ones :)
