- US President Joe Biden has condemned a wave of Russian missile strikes that killed at least 38 people in Ukraine as a "horrific reminder of Russia's brutality", as he vowed to strengthen Kyiv's air defences.
At least 190 were injured across the country, including some at Ukraine's biggest children's hospital in the capital, Kyiv, on Monday.
Ukraine published photos on Tuesday of what it said were recovered fragments of a Russian cruise missile that hit the Ohmatdyt hospital.
Russia claimed the blast was caused by a misfiring Ukrainian air defence missile, but the UN said it was highly likely Moscow was behind the attack - a conclusion shared by analysts who spoke to BBC Verify.

Russian propaganda continues to frantically spread fake news that the Okhmatdyt children's hospital in Kyiv was hit by an AIM-120A missile launched by NASAMS. Now they added a retouched still frame from a video that captured a targeted strike by a Russian Kh-101/555 missile.
I am sure that today at the UNSC, Russian delegates will be waving printouts of that still, telling everyone in the hall the wildest crap that it is the AIM-120A missile that is seen there.
But whom can they convince?
There is an original video of good enough quality, and when enlarged, you clearly see the outline of the missile and examine all the details, such as the triple tail, the oval front (sharpened and even slightly brightened in the Russian still frame), and the stabilization wing.
But what especially stands out is the R95-300 small-sized short-life bypass turbojet engine in the tail part, which is a distinctive feature of the Kh-101/555 missiles.
Also, the video allows you to clearly determine the size of the missile, including its length. But there is one more very important point that completely debunks the Russian lie.
Few people pay attention to this, but the AIM-120A’s warhead weighs 50 pounds. It's a little over 20 kilograms. The power of the explosion and the monstrous destructive effect that the whole world has already seen could not be a result of the detonation of a warhead weighing just 20 kg. But it does correspond to the power of the half-ton charge that the Kh-101/555 missiles carry.
After Russia committed such a brutal crime, Russian propagandists will lie desperately and vilely, realizing that their lies are not worth a penny. But, as it was with the MH-17 case and with many of their other crimes, they will just keep generating lies 24/7. This is Putin's Russia - a terrorist state. They just can’t do it any other way. This is their wicked and twisted nature.

The missile that hit "children's hospital" in Kiev, Ukraine as is obvious from the videos was a) slim b. with narrow tip. The x-101 Russian missile / kh 47m2 is TWICE as thick, bull nose, plus it has VERY LONG (abt 9 ft/3meters) WINGS. Everyone can see the videos of both missiles and the impact they make on youtube they are very much so available!!! The Russian missile x-101 would have destroyed the entire building, not just damage the wall plus create a huge crate several levels down under ground. Therefore the one that hit the "children's hospital" could only be air defence types : 1)The Phased Array Tracking to Intercept of Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-Three (PAC-3) ,or 2) NASAMS AIM-120
It is an American problem because you know, those are US defence systems US MIM104 patriot, Iris, etc. and they clearly do not work as they should. They do not intercept the incoming missiles high in the air and neutralize those there. They divert and hit buildings. So the US is totally defenseless in case of an attack, say from Iran. Also it means that for at least 30 years the US defense budget has been stolen with 0 performance.
Ps: Obvious from the videos also that back in the day on 9|11 the Twin Towers were hit by the missiles disguised as Boeing airplanes.
