    I like how I can understand sentences without knowing a lot of the words. Just shows my progress I guess.

    So your word for "out to sea" is said "against the sea"?

      Hi smolville,
      I had a couple of quick looks through the video, and I can't seem to find the phrase you are referring to. Could you direct me to the correct time stamp?
      Immediately, however, I think of the term "ut mot sjøen", which means out towards the sea. To give an example "kan vi få et rom med utsikt ut mot sjøen?" which in English translates to "can we have a room with a view of the sea/out towards the sea".

      'mot' means both 'toward' and 'against'. Confusing I know.

    Just signed up on Norwegian class 101 I should have a card soon to get payment 2 months but like I'm saying I'm not getting flashcards till 2024 Am way smart and speak English real good I'm Colombian American I speak Espanol partially but I speak Russian better partially I also take French and I also take it very seriously I use it to survive I'm a 36 year old orphan I live alone so like I said I might have something better here after 2020 but no flash cards till 2024 I'm way smart let's learn Norwegian oh Japanese to sorry I heard Norwegian people aren't you kind for learning other languages but I'm an Olympic hopeful from 2012 cross country 113 half mile half marathon anyway I'll save an Apple for you.
