They started off as a one night stand, she proposed to him, he let the world know, also didnt he say he didnt want kids. Sometimes as women we need to recognise our part in choosing these partners AND father of the children.
💯😭
He never said he didn't want kids, quite the opposite actually. Some one night stands end up in marriage, and they work out, and why not?
Joshua is always brutally sincere, and to a fault, some of us think it's hilarious, others don't get it, it's fine. But I don't think he told that story with the intention of shaming her (hell, she was telling the same story!). Late night hosts also crave these kinds of stories and will pull them out of their guests, because it's what their audience wants. Joshua is a far more interesting speaker on a variety of other topics. And he hasn't said a bad word about Jodie ever since they split. She on the other hand has been dropping one passive aggressive comment after the other. I know which side I am on.
Either he did or she did, either way, they were not in alignment regarding kids. And they didn't work out so not sure what the point of your paragraph is.
@@majesty9985 Just that he isn't the a hole you were kind of implying he is. He's a discreet guy, so a lot of what people assume about him is through gossip. I was merely offering my perspective as someone who's been following him for some time.
Yes, they failed to make it work in large part because they have different views on parenting, that was one of the reasons they gave for their split.
I mentioned it was both of their part that led to their parting, including her lack of judgement for what was best for her, the fact she proposed and not him, she didn't want kids and he did, the fact he did not publicly protect her, and now allegedly not financing what he needs to etc, that does not mean he is or isn't an a hole, so maybe you misread my initial comment.
Hes a very established actor. Mighty ducks, Dawson's Creek, The Affair, Doctor Death. Fatal Attraction, etc. He has some great roles.
Don't forget Fringe. It was the X-Files of the 00s.
We knew something was wrong when he didn’t protect her with carefully chosen words and stories of their relationship. It was too much foolishness, imo.
Protect her 🤣... his resentment flourished that is why he shared it with the world. But to each its own as the saying goes 'birds of a feather flock together' they dwell in their toxicity.
They were together for about 6 years
Jodie turner was definitely wearing the pants in that relationship...she initiated everything, including their relationship!
She’ll never live that down 😭
I learned the hard way that men will go along with anything 🤦🏾♀️
Gross, not "never live that down"
He also played a gay guy in Cruel Intentions! Is a good actor
Definitely had a crush on Pacey growing up.
Me too. ❤
The reason many people dont know joshua jackson beside his role in Dawson's creek is that he has been a very private and unproblematic public figure all these years. Not tabloid material. But he has been working steadily for more than 30 years, and tends to favour quality over quantity. Other than that, he comes across as an absolute delight of a person, very well spoken, educated, smart. Not at all tabloid material.
He has not neglected any of his responsibilities, and definitely not his responsibility as a father. Only now has JTS requested financial support. He hasn't been paying because there was nothing for him to pay! He also has shared custody.
Seriously check out any of his recent interviews, he can't last 2 minutes without bringing up his daughter, he sounds like a great dad.
Definitely a dawsons creek fan! Number one show at one point😊 team Pacey & Joey!
I don’t see what the women are crushing on him for. He was a weirdo in Dawson’s Creek.
😂😂☠️
Katie Holmes made him appealing lol.
That’s exactly why we liked him 😂
Have you seen Dawson's Creek? He was fantastic, by far the best character in the show! Dawson, played by James van Der Beek was the weirdo.
And if you want to understand why women were and still are crushing hard, you need to see his later, more mature roles. Or check out his appearance at the Emmys last year. Seriously the man is drop dead gorgeous
Lets not forget, SHE proposed to HIM!
😭😭🤧
@@GraceReport😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That has nothing to do with him providing support for his child.
He’s making that ABC money now 😂
Yea maybe this is a controversial opinion but here goes: when you are a mother making damn near 90k per MONTH I don't care if your ex makes double that you have zero reason financially to chase courts. Like you have the right yes, and he is trash if he isn't doing his part but fact is you DO have the money and don't NEED to drag out shit in court hurting you and your kid. She could just move on and live her best life for her and her child.
Grace don't play dumb I'm a Canadian too we loved him 😂❤ mighty ducks for life but yeah he doesn't come off good at all in this ish
Haha I’ve never watched!
He was my crush in the Mighty Ducks
Dawson Creek and Mighty Ducks were huge in the 90s. He was definitely a lot of folks childhood crush. Joshua has deep pockets because he’s been acting for decades. Also, he never wanted that baby!
Joshua might not have 100% planned this baby, but he absolutely 100% wanted and loved this baby the minute he knew he was going to be a father. He wants to be with her so bad he made sure he got on a show that shoots in LA, and he made sure his working schedule allowed him to take her to school every day. He's a dedicated dad
I did love Joshua Jackson on Dawson's Creek because he was the bad boy to Dawson's angelic personality. But it's a bad rewatch, all the characters are teens but played by older people, and they talked like university professors for some reason, and they were all hypocrites and overly dramatic. Good at the time tho!
Someone in those comments said he was a drug addict? Where did they get that from? First time I've ever heard such a thing. He certainly liked partying in his 20s and maybe he still does, but to say he's a drug addict is a little extreme.
Homegirl needs to get a job.
lmao
Why didn't you research Joshua Jackson before you started talking?
The tea ☕☕☕☕
Pacey was the love of my life. 😅
