I leave 1971 Ireland i was Born in Limerick 1962 i had a beautiful childhood and I often feel homesick but this year I wenn back for a week holiday it was amazing to see ower house and the school and the see mukrous house killarney thr Ring of kerry everying were ive been IRELAND your deeply in my heart

I enjoy watching old clips, especially places I've never been too, l get to see also in western movies.
I'm from County Clare I grew up around here all you see now is empty holiday homes and surfing clubs!
Shur we were all better off when there was no lattes and wine in this country. . Gimme tae anyday and pints. Or even pints of tae
Only one surf club in Lahinch . U are confusing a local based club with surfing businesses that are profit driven , unlike the club that teaches the local kids to surf for free. 100% spot on about the holiday homes .
Mm. Well the holiday homes didn't depopulate Clare nor Connemara.
With holiday homes at least the areas are busy and bustling for 5 or 6 months of the year instead of being empty for 12 month.
Suppose I just miss the old days of expanses of green fields and not tons of kids bobbing up and down at the shoreline in wetsuits and boards!
