One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $30k of my savings in stocks this year, and I hope I make profits.
My age is 55 and I have zero debt, 110k in the bank, 35k NVDA shares, 401k $270k, IRA 145K and 2 houses in Bay Area with zero mortgages. Just got a Mercedes SUV as my 3rd car. I started saving after marriage only after marriage but will all this be enough to retire?
@IveirosesRyckmans That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
Thank you very much. Financial education is crucial these days. No one will teach this in school. But every person need this.
Let us all take a moment to thank our cousin, Bunti, for the sacrifice he has made in teaching us how to lose money. May he forever set the example that we should never follow.
Thanks
I can't live off dividends yet, but have been offsetting expenses with dividends.
"Below!" 🤣 love this guy
I'm trying to start building my little dividend snowball! The Canadian dollar is collapsing, I'm getting no raises so I'll need a way to make more money passively if I want a roof over my head. I fear I'm too late in discovering this. Inflation is absolutely insane.
Yeah, who saw crazy inflation incoming: just everyone who has common sense.
@@Angular777 I did not. I didn't understand anything economy-wise until this past year. Nobody teached me anything about the economy. I thought this was just gonna pass and return to normal, never expected this inflation. I believe everybody that was telling me get a career and you'll be good which never happened. Didn't think I needed to do anything more than become a software developer and just work hard. But I'm trying to learn now :(
Hey we all there, the point is, once you have this information, use it, start working on setting yourself up for the future and stop buying dumb shit.
@@D4rkBl4de I apologize, I forget that young people DO exist! :) who were not around during a previous economic downturn.
@@Angular777 I wish somebody would'Ve told me about these dividend strategies when I was 18
I absolutely love your content. You are putting into words the steps I've taken, and am enjoying moderate success. I'm also a few decades older than you. wish you were around when I was younger! For now, the ads, are getting very aggravating! They come in at exactly the wrong place, and just ruin everything. Can you do anything about the placement maybe? Thank you for all the effort you are putting into this channel 😃🤓
I love it ❤people hear the stock market is going crazy so they jump in after hearing the news and not knowing it's about to go down. Be passive if you not willing to do the research.
To live off dividends you need TONS of cash
If you want to live off divs right now. But say... 10 to 15 years, investing every pay check and rolling earnings back into the divs. Depending on circumstances, it's possible.
Move overseas
After that video I see, need realla a ton of cash
Now triple that a d that is what you'll need if you don't do it the Dividend way
Moving to Panama Canal 👍🇵🇦🌎😎
I love your videos and thank you for sharing.
This is so easy and straightforward. I took an economics class and this video got me to understand concepts that just flew over my head then. Thank you so much
Right on spot, thank you very much. Till next time
I love Market briefs!!!!
Ohhhh, how many investment experts talk to you about the 10% stock market. Thanks for keeping it real.
Most investors make money when you invest
The NVDA bubble has netted me 350 % in gains. Long NVDA going to $1000.
He boosted his price target on Nvidia's stock (NVDA) to $160 from $145, with the new target implying 21% upside from the stock's closing price on Friday. His target is based on a multiple of about 51.5 times his estimated adjusted earnings per share for calendar 2025.
Personally, I sometimes use my dividends to buy other dividend and growth stocks for diversification instead of reinvesting in the same stock. To each their own methods though. The good thing is that you’re investing in the first place and that’s what’s important.
I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks. I believe having 150K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn to invest or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities.
Focus on two key objectives. Learn when to sell stocks to minimize losses and maximize gains to start protecting yourself. Second, prepare to make money when the market turns around. I advise speaking with a broker or financial counselor.
Cynthia Depken is the licensed fiduciary my family works with. CFA is the best designation to pursue in terms of investment knowledge, it certainly does not cover all of the aspects of financial planning. In very general terms, however, the CFA designation may help those in the corporate world more than those starting their own financial planning business.
Bro ,if u give money to ur cousin bunty ,he will never give u back u will be lucky if he even picks ur phone 😅
@57:15 shouldn’t it be $1,070,000 because it doubles from $10 a day to $20 a day. Right?
Please make this into a kids video . All kids must hear this information !!!
For real! This needs you be taught in high school
If you had 20k to invest where would you put it to maximize dividend intevestments
I was hoping to hear where you got the black leather top you're wearing is from!
I agree with you! Investing in individual stocks is definitely not passive. In many ways it’s a living nightmare. One minor decision by upper management can send the stock rocketing into the ground. Funds are the only way to go with your nest egg for obvious reasons. Then use some play money that you can get into some stocks with.
TSLY NVDY for the win 😎🥂
100k invested, average OVER 40k a year.
Tsly is to new lol 100k invested into a new etf is risky giving the fact that the dividends vary
How do you like SCHD ive been investing into that etf for awhile?
Great. But boring.
Hey Shelise, I'm interested in your new classes. Can you tell me what workbook is being offered with the class? I won't be able to attend the May 25th class, but I will be attending the June class.
Are REITS tied to commercial real estate safe with what is to come for commercial real estate?
How much does a person need to make to be able to quit their job with inflation going the way it's going?
Too much
Preferably in a Roth so I don't get taxed from taking out dividends.
Unless you have qualified dividends
Limited to $7k a year. I’m investing that much each month
dividends suck compared to a much higher rate of return on the Total stock market.
As of right now, GoPro stock is very low ($1.90 per share). I’m buying a little bit at a time in case it should go back up. Years ago it was over $30 per share, and at one point it had peeked to over $90 per share!
That doesn't mean that it will rise back up to $90, unfortunately. I guess it's a low risk investment because of the cheap price, but I personally don't have hope for GoPro. It's a DEI company, and it looks like generating profit isn't one of their top concerns.
@@twitchyrats5252 I’m aware. Even if they go back up to $10 per share, that’s still quite the multiplication. Worst case scenario is I can write off the loss if they go bankrupt,
Someone probably bought in at 10 and thought, “wow, this was 90 at one point, what a deal!”
Bunty always messing around and buying Gucci! 🤦♂ Stop giving him money, Jaspreet!! 😂😂
How much taxes do you pay on dividend earnings?
Good morning Jaspreet!
Would you recommend dividend etfs in a Roth IRA ? Or regular brokerage account ?
Both, but you'll make triple the money by NOT doing etfs
I’m in Canada, what brokerage can I get where it will take automatic payments out every week and invest for me FOR FREE.
I don’t want to be charged a fee every single week that I invest.
Is this possible?
Thank you sooo muchhh, i lovee you !!!!!!!
@MinorityMindset
Action speaks louder than words
The investment platform BG Global you are working with is getting some negative reports.
Wht are ur thoughts on such platforms?
Should people trust those platforms or trust those people who are associated with those dubious platforms?
This is THE way to invest.
My favorite video of all💯😎💪🔥🔑
Keep up the awesome content as always
I'll quit my job and live off your dividends.
Dividends and social security
Never rely on government. Social Security might not exist soon
@@Nigriff I'm 67, I also have a ROTH
Can you add FXAIX to some of your ETFs you discuss in some videos?
It’s not an ETF :)
We need cash now jaspreet 😅
The mafia had it right untaxed dividends
You should sell market briefs brand underwear.
Below !!!!! 😂😂😂
Can i pit 20k into REIT in one.shot and just leave my money there for 15 yrs. ??
I don't have a lot of experience investing in REITS, the fund I invest has some, but first of all, there's not one REIT, it's like any other fund, you can find one REIT and invest 20k and let it sit there, but you really want to keep putting money in. But I don't recommend you keep putting it a singular REIT.
@@Angular777 Thanks so much
I always enjoy your videos
Great Content
So what you're saying is I just buy dividend stocks with my next paycheck and then I can quit my job. Cool
Mostly definitely not you need to buy a lot of shares to build the dividend
@@silverjonsnow8290 so a few more paychecks then?
You should do a special episode on cousin Bunty.
Jaspreet has it out for his cousins bundy 😂 love the channel !
Good morning, i live in The Bahamas and i'm looking for a way to invest in the U.S stock market. But i can't find a website or app that works here. Do you have any recommendations?
I think this is the time for someone to step in and recommend their financial planner followed by a dozen others claiming how great they are. It’s all spambots.
No one should ever use a financial planner mentioned in comments here.
Try interactive Brokers. I believe it works in the Bahamas

Cousin Bunti is the guy you want to go on a night out with!
Cousin Bunti is going to retire broke with lots of Gucci clothes.
Amani from kenya. Good job

If you could do $1M all at once, why wouldn't you?
Richard Kiyosaki would rather borrow the money tax-free and live off the debt. Why not just borrow off your properties and have them pay the debt?
Robert kiyosaki also has a million dollar real estate team and lawyers to back that up. If you don't know how to use debt to get rich than it's best that you don't.
Now I'm not saying don't follow kyasayki because he is a professional at what he does to build his wealth but that path is for the extremely different people.
In my country you need at least 60k deposit for a property then you have to hope the value goes up before accessing equity to do that.
What this guy is suggesting is to put your money to work straight away with as little as $100 in a dividend stock with access to interest from day one… and build from there.
It definitely seems an easier route to financial freedom but definitely not a get rich quick scheme. Being consistent and patient is the key and financial freedom will come eventually!
😏🤔 Question : what's a BUNTY ????
Bunty is a typical Punjabi name meaning joy
@@EmmanuelShahid7 oh I see
