Usyk is a proper warrior. This is what you call a gladiator. A man that travels anywhere to fight other men on their turf. He never turned down a fight ever. 260+ amateur fights, Olympic gold medal, undisputed cruiserweight champion, undisputed heavyweight champion. He really raised the bar so high.
The fact that Usyk is past his best, yet still beat Fury pretty easily says a lot!. It's obvious to me that Fury was waiting for Usyk to get old before he fought him, still got battered around the ring lol
I'm surprised that Usyk has gone this long tbh.. considering the career he's had...not just the amount of flights he's had (amateur and pro)..but the quality of opposition he's faced over the years.. Fury's resume,as in quality of opponents,is absolute garbage when it's compared to Usyk's.
This is the best summing up of Fury I’ve ever heard on UA-cam. Straight to the point and no messing with his opinion. I couldn’t have put it better myself. “The result that boxing DAMN needed”🤩🤩💯💯
One of the worst con jobs in boxing history is Fury's career. In fact the best one in boxing history. No other champion has ducked so many and yet fought so few! He will never have the bragging rights over Joshua either as he's never fought the men Joshua has and the ones he has he has tried to fight them when they were older.
I have NEVER been more overjoyed at a result of a boxing match in 40 years of being a boxing fan. This defeat for fury was overdue by 15 years when Fury was gifted a decision against John Macdermott in 2009.
What I found so satisfying was the fact Fury was forced to fight Usyk by public pressure after trying to wriggle out of it for years. He was clearly rattled by Usyk's persona and unrivalled mental strength and went from shouting and hollering like a wild man in the early pressers to getting more and more analytical and quiet as the hangman's noose got closer.
I've heard there's a new dance in Ukraine, it's called the Fury Lurch where people stumble and careen around the room colliding and bouncing off the furniture.
Have to pay homage to usyk, he's come to the hw division and took out aj twice, dubios by ko(from a jab) and knocked fury senseless...all in a few fights and he hasnt even been(legally) knocked down in either division...thats legendary...
I’m surprised Usyk & his team were so quick to confirm the rematch. ‘Fury & Bricktop’ have treated them like s**t over these last few years. Now Fury hasn’t got a belt or an unbeaten record to protect, Usyk has everything to lose and nothing to gain by fighting Fury. I understand the rematch is contracted but Usyk could at least let them sweat for a while.
The re-match won't happen anyway and if it did Fury would get an even worse hiding than the first time round, now that Usyk knows him. Usyk, due to his brilliant boxing ability, can still adjust further but from Fury we have seen all he's got. He can't learn how to box anymore at his age.
Tyson Fury has always carefully navigated his boxing career to keep his 0, with the only big risks being the Wlad and Wilder fights where had more to gain.
I said over a year ago Usyk could do it! Tyson needed to be humbled and I can’t think of a nicer more deserving guy to do it! Exactly what we wanted and needed!
Been telling my Fury fan dad that this guy will outbox him, despite the size difference he will still win. Fury has not fought half the guys Usyk and Joshua have. 7 fights against 3 guys! Laughable for the supposed greatest ever, let alone one of the top in his era.

Now he has no way out but to fight the top, which he won't do, and any of his mediocre circus fights against nobodies won't work any longer. Fury lost to McDermott but was the beneficiary of an atrocious decision. Fury, escaped disqualification with his hold and punch knockout of Cunningham. Fury showboated in all rounds he lost to wilder in the Wilder 1 fight and deceived the judges and also got a gift in the 12th rounds at the expense of his own long term brain damage. Fury got saved from a knockout by the referee in the Usyk fight. In reality, Fury actually has 4 losses. Usyk done it the hard way with no help from the establishment. Happy new year

Couldn’t agree more. It was a great fight and very competitive but a very well deserved win for Usyk. I called it for Usyk months ago on other channels. He is a phenomenal fighter, a wonderful human being, a great role model & fine ambassador for the sport and his country. He is also a very humble and honest man. Pretty much the antithesis of Fury. I don’t much like Fury & his family on a personal level, but acknowledge that he is a considerable fighting talent and showed some good skills in the middle rounds. But this fight exposed the difference between “considerable” and “exceptional” and confirmed that he overhyped, when you consider his only wins against top opponents were the Klitschko snoozefest and a “big right hand” x 2, and his most recent outings resulted in getting dropped by an MMA fighter making his boxing debut and getting battered senseless and defeated by a MUCH smaller opponent. He has been a clever fighter with good movement for his huge size, but it’s a travesty that he was able to masquerade for so long as some kind of all-time great with nothing to justify it. Usyk is an honest man and will no doubt honour the rematch, but I’m unfortunately not like him and if it was me I’d retire now (he’s done it all, there’s nothing left to prove) and deny Fury the rematch, after being screwed around for 2 years to make this fight happen. On the other hand, maybe he wants the rematch (which I am even more certain he wins than I was for this one) so he can finish what he started in Round 9 and knock Fury out.
