Yung plant shop dito sa diversion road malapit sa highway :) and wala na unit last na yung samin hehe
Around magkano naman po rent nyo sa townhouse na yan? Kasi we planning to move to La Union. just wondering how the price range there in La Union para sa Apartments for long-term stay.
hi!👋🏻 dito sa area namin nag start ang rent from 10k pataas but if medyo mas malayo sa surftown pwede pa mas bumababa ang price :)

I know you mentioned yours was the last unit, pero pwede po kaya makuha name and number ng owner? They may have other properties like that, or know someone na nagpapa-rent din. Hi!👋🏻 nung kinuha namin to unit bare lang talaga sya so kami din nag pakabit ng internet pero mabilis lang naman service ng PLDT dito😊 and it’s 10k a month yung rent :)

1. Yung 10k a month na rent, yan po ba yung same concept dito sa Manila na rent to own na babayaran mo yung 10k rent for let's say 5 years, then yung remaining balance amount nang property is to follow?
2. Saan kayo naghanap nang property na yan? may website po ba kayo ma provide for browsing properties around La Union?

@@skilitzki2692 super sorry late reply! hindi ko namalayan🙃 1.This apartment is not rent to own. 1month advance and 1month deposit lang ang ni require samin to move in.
2.Actually nag bike around lang kami and nadaanan lang namin to hehe and right now wala na bakante. pero yung naghahanap ako ng apartments dito sa Elyu noon nag member lang ako sa FB La Union apartments madami ka makikita doon na for rent :)

Hi! wala po eh kase lahat ng mga nakapaligid samin is apartments for long term lang. but you can try sa wychwood apartments sa FB meron sila doon per day :)

Hi!👋🏻 actually we don’t know the name of the shop kase wala signage 😅 but it’s along the highway near san juan bayan. Yes, they have chairs and tables naubusan lang kami kaya ginagawa pa 😊

This is much cheaper pala nu than the Kubo in Mapisi? I inquired kasi, it's 25k for 2 persons.
