I decided to try this, but without the bells and whistles. Just wanting to see how many pullups I could do in 1 hour. I got 176 and Hot Dang! My forearms are on Fire 🔥🔥🔥, they gave out before my Last and biceps. Mad respect for you getting 282.

At the moment I can do about 3 good pull ups on my best day. You doing 282 in an hour is INSANE
go as slow as you can on the way down, and try doing 4 sets a day, two in the morning, two in the afternoon.
In 2 weeks, i went from sets of 5 to sets of 15.

@@imperfectexe5661 I got covid and was feeling very weak for the last month or so but I’m getting back into it soon! I actually got to the gym and used their pull up bar and was able to do 3 CLEAN reps in a row so I’ll be starting on the low end again but I’ll get back to you!
