Gorgeous gang mate! Also thanks for the Escher conversation tips on your other video. I made myself an escher with a granade launcher but used part of the rivet cannon instead.
Beautiful ! i'm just a begginer with Nécro, bought the House of blades ,a bit expensive but worth the Price beautiful books ,story ,rules etc a box of escher gang too ,and found a 95 escher métal gang ,so much paint on it ,like plaster ! One week they're floating in" eau de Cologne" bottle ,i've still got them😅 think it was oil paint on them ! So hard ! i like you're twin sisters , i put undercoat on four of the new ones (plastic ) ,but i was a bit hésitant because i don't want to put the wrong weapon ,material in the rooky arms , juve before glue them (it's a new world for me! ),so i have to read well ,the "House of blades" books to ,make my gang ,.I like the two of them ,ancient version 90's smaller ,métal vs New one's plastic ,the" Beast "is 👍,terrible pet you have with your escher ! Blue skin 😊 . I Like your vidéo ,great painting ,and convert explanations ,wich miniature parts you used etc so handy for begginer 👍👍👍 .from 🇨🇵 .
Love the gang & the back stories, I'm currently looking for colour inspiration for my own Escher gang, so it's nice to see someone brave enough to venture from the box art yellow scheme on youtube! Can you please give the source of that synth/doom-esque music from the last segment of the video? I love it!
Thanks for the comment! Considering how many of my forces end up painted purple I'm not sure I'd call it brave, but i'll take the compliment haha. That piece of music I believe is "be quick or be dead" by Karl Casey @white bat audio. It's on youtube so you should be able to track it down fairly easily!
Ive always been on the fence with the Death amaiden sculpts even though i really like the fluff. But your ganger head combo helps rework some of thevdesign flaws IMO.
Thanks! It's an mdf building from a company named "Miniature Scenery". Specifically this one iirc: miniaturescenery.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=39
Rapid 99's gives me a Tarentino Kill Bill vibe. Also, are the new models drastically bigger than the older models? It was hard to see the comparison in your video. Nevertheless, I definitely enjoyed the narrative behind your gang!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the gang! The thumbnail for my "everything you need to know before starting Escher" video has 2 modern escher and a 90s sculpt on the right. The old minis are quite small if you measure eye to eye with the new ones, but all of them having big hair makes them look perfectly fine next to each other in my opinion. The 90s minis also have mostly the same design and weapon loadouts as the modern gang (compared to say delaque, or 90s goliaths with autoguns, or van saar with heavy stubbers, etc). I definitely recommend picking some old sculpts up if you have a chance.
@@digitalwastrel oh nice... yea used to play long ago and have most of the older models to include the leader with a power sword, but I was thinking of grabbing a Mad Donna model perhaps. I always loved that sculpt!
Excellent work and I love the back story!
Thank you!

Thanks for the comment! Sounds like a neat conversion!
These showcases are awesome - just the sort of inspiration new players need.
Just found your channel and love the gang...Subbed also..👍
Welcome aboard! Thanks for the sub!

Thanks for the comment and I'm glad you like my gang! The 90s and modern Escher still look great next to each other
It’s been years since I’ve thought about Jet Set Radio Future.
the soundtrack is still one of the best of all time
Such a great game.

Sweet glad you did some Esther gang members my friend
Thanks! They're great minis to paint
Still one of my favourite gang names! No idea where it comes from but I already got my thumbs up so yeeeeeah
Thanks! Maybe the comments section holds the answer...

The basic Escher bodies have a lot more movement in their poses, that's for sure
Love your videos and your miniatures, but I have to ask what that rad synthwave track at the end is! Shazam couldn't find it and it rules.
Thanks for the kind words! I believe that track is "Be Quick Or Be Dead" by Karl Casey/White Bat Audio
Love 'em
Thanks friend!
Great work 👍

@@Salty_Sassenach You're welcome! I like the designs of those kits a lot. Very borderlands-y

@@jakeg7033 go for it! you can always have her standing on a rock or something if you think she looks too short
@@digitalwastrel i like how you used the juve to indicate the little sister. Very fitting.
