I first found out about "Dave Tough" in an on-screen exchange between Finney (Sting) and Brendan (Sean Bean) in the 1987 Mike Figgis film "Stormy Monday", which I've known of at least since the 90s. The serious musical historians (among which I am not) know all the names by listening to their music; there are so many names, but we have to put Zutty Singleton on the All-Name team. Bob Dylan probably knows who Zutty Singleton was. Thanks for advancing my education a little.
