I know that I had better NOT use glycerin in cold, dry environments. My hair gets dry as woodchips. I read the labels because I am not fooling around with dry hair.

Yes I found out I was deficient in vitamin D through blood test .. my doctor prescribed me vitamin D and it’s been very beneficial to my body overall. Also a fact that some people don’t know is that people that have more melanin do not intake vitamin D from the sun as well as people with less melanin.. a lot of us may be deficient and don’t know it...

L.O.C method is a technique for moisturizing hair. It consists of hydrating the hair with water or a water-based product which is your liquid, sealing in the moisture with oil and then applying a cream product to close the hair cuticle which prevents moisture loss. The letters stand for leave in , oil, and cream or leave in, cream, and oil.

Tipdaqueen P it's an order of which way you apply your products to retain moisture. For example:
*L* iquid/Leave in
*O* il
*C* ream
Personally I think the LCO method is better, because an oil is a sealant, so it makes no sense to put something over an oil. I hope that helps, and I hope you find a method that works for you
