I never got hot flashes. I had other stuff, but I run cold and that never changed.
I actually got to stop using deodorant because I don't perspire anymore. I get night sweats but that's it.

I use the St.Tropez Mousse. I am willing to try your suggestion for the water-like spray bottle; maybe it will penetrate my dry skin better (?). My question is concerning age spots. I have many. How'd you 'tan' without bringing them out? Like you, I am the true SNOW WHITE. I spent a lot of time and money to get rid of age spots on my face. They return a wee bit darker even using SPF. I want to look healthy, but, I hate those spots! I only sweat from my head! It is horrible, you can't mask it or control it. Any help for this? Worse still, I wear wigs due to hairloss, have to wear hats when the temperatures go above 80⁰. Great video
I'm not able to hide them either. And yes they do pop out more when I use tanners. I guess it's the trade off. My son sweats on his head too. Drives him crazy. Not sure what to do about that. Boy, I'm just all kinds of help huh?
Hi Melissa. Questions..1. If you're using Gold Bond daily, do you apply sunscreen over it? I've avoided using body lotion when I sunscreen the body. Thought it would interfere. 2. I have spider veins and brown spots on my body. Self tanner made spots darker, thus prominent. Any suggestions? Last, but most important, the Monkey item may be the item I've been looking for. Not interested in the Lume brand - I don't have odor or chafing issues, 😊 i want something to control the perspiration this time of year. My back,neck. Will this work? Thanks
Hi Tina. I use the Gold Bond at night. So spf isn't usually a problem. And yes I think it would help. It has some absorbing ingredients too. I hope I'm not leading you in the wrong direction, but it works for me.

I use it religiously easy to apply and hope it does what is says!
I've not tried it. But I'm sure it's good. Consistency is key.
I love the new St. Tropez Supreme Violet. The color is gorgeous and it lasts 10 days for me, it’s not patchy and it does NOT have the typical self tanner smell. This is the first one I’ve found that didn’t smell on me.

Eating Italian ice for hot flashes..you literally freeze them out. So tasty too. Those fans work so great. Powder does help with sweat. I hate being sweaty but it happens!

im so bad at sun protection. i love the feeling of the sun on my slin. i got it from my mom. shebis 84 and has so many deep wrinkles and crepey skin. but she still walks the beach and says she wouldn't give up a day in the sun for less wrinkles

Did you say there's "No cornstarch" in that MonkeyButt powder? It's so hard to find powders that don't contain it these days - everyone's freaking out and overreacting to talc, but cornstarch actually fosters the growth of yeast. I still buy talc-based powders in the "ethnic" section at the drugstore; other countries still produce formulas that work but are sometimes heavily scented. I'd rather smell and feel good than have more problems with yeast on various areas of my body. Thanks so much for this video - you look great!
I didn't know that about cornstarch. Yes, it does have it in there, along with calamine & tricalcium phosphate.

Was at a restaurant with about 6 couples
It was stinking hot and blurted out that I perspire a lot

Hi my Summer staples are:
Ultrasun spf50+ (I move up from 30 to 50+ in the Summer). I also use their spray face 50+ to top up and in my hair parting.
Sunglasses with UV tested protection and a darker tint.
Spf lip balm or gloss
A tinted moisturiser for my “foundation” as light coverage looks better in strong sunlight
Cream or liquid eyeshadow and Liquid blush
An exfoliating foot cream at night so my feet look decent in sandals 😂
A UPF shirt for a cover up and a folding hat for the same reason

I use bio-identical pellets for hot flashes etc... they were gone 1 hour after my 1st pellet!! Bio-Te is the brand but talk to your doc about them, they help my Winter pain & I don't get as cold as before them too! I have that fan in purple. When doing a Bible study on our porch it's great! 🤠

Great video! I've been using the AMB powder for several years. It's really helpful when on vacation when you want to keep your bra fresh. I'm a DD so this powder has been a godsend for me, and I'm post menopausal.

Maybe you just didn't recognize it as a "big change"? This sometimes happens with PCOS during your "fertile" years - hormones fluctuate so crazy, then the testosterone takes over entirely and you have a beard but not any estrogen to balance things out. No estrogen left = no strong menopausal symptoms as you age on. Make sure you get a Gyn exam and a Pap test.
@@GordonLouis-w9fI didn’t know when I went through menopause. I saw it on my chart at the Drs. office and asked him about it. I never had to have HRT of any kind. I feel so fortunate. My sister had a horrible time for almost three years.
I never went thru menopause either. Stopped having my period at 32 never had and symptoms of menopause
