I’m the same on Flower Beauty’s pigments. Got the liquid blushes and they disappeared. But I love the lip liners and setting powder.

I love, love, love the KVD foundation balm. Looks amazing on my 60-year-old skin.
Same! Applied in a very thin film on my dry skin, the KVD Good Apple foundation is the most skin-like on me.

I’ve been trying tinted moisturizers and cc, bb creams and ugh! It cosmetics nude glow was too sticky for me, Lancôme’s oxidized on me, I sort of like ELF camo cream that no body else liked but only if I powdered it. I got the one blurring bb cream and that’s pretty good. Also picked up cover girl essence the one that dupes Chanel water foundation and it’s okay I need to wear it some more to decide. So much stuff and maybe I’m looking for a miracle product that just doesn’t exist. My skin is pretty good for 67, probably due to using tretnoin for 20 years and lots of sunscreen! But I’m old so I have texture and sagging. My tried and true foundations just aren’t doing it and so the search for something with less coverage that doesn’t accentuate the texture. Thank for your honest reviews. I can always depend on you for that.
I found the same thing with the Haus Labs concealer. It was so dry and cakey. And I have normal to oily undereyes! I can’t imagine how horrible it would have looked with dry under eyes. I even skin prepped my undereyes to add moisture beyond my normal moisturizer, which I rarely have to do, and it still looked horrible after an hour of wear time. I was so bummed about it. It was the most perfect color for me. I’ve never found an concealer such an absolute perfect color before. I love the foundation and powder, but the concealer was such a disappointment 😢

Is there a concealer that is a dupe or at least super similar to the Tower 28? I am determined to find a concealer I love and everyone on UA-cam I trust loves it but Tower 28 supports and gives money to something that I just dont believe in and I can't give them my money. It doesn't on me. But everyone's skin is different. I've not heard anyone say that it does.

My worst this year is Revlon Illuminance Skin Caring Foundation, it never dried down it just laid on the top of my skin. Even after powdering the shine came thru. I thought my dry skin would like this formula, but it was awful. After a couple more tries with different application methods, I just trashed it.

I find that it has good coverage and it has a beautiful finish on my skin. I don’t like DM Yummy Skin Tint by itself because there just isn’t enough coverage. Plus I could stand a little bit of a darker shade. I love that one as a mix in with other foundations that are a little dark on me. I hope that you are doing well my friend. I love ya 🌹🩷🌹

If you apply DM universal very lighlty in your T zone as a primer , I have mature skin , perspire alot due to meds and find it works fantastic .🤷🏼♀️

Dear Mrsmelissa. I really appreciate you putting out information for older skin. I was wondering if you have any tips for covering hyperpigmentation on the face, and xanthelasma, *which are small little bumps of yellow - cholesterol in the nose side of my eyes, but even with surgery they can come back. I know you don't have these problems, but if some of your viewers or suppliers have any ideas I'd be grateful I'm tired of buying "full cover" foundation that doesn't cover anything, or covers for a couple of hours only. Skin tints with SPF frequently do not mix well with other skincare. It's like mixing oil and water. I've tried several and I use a either a very light moisturizer or nothing underneath them. right now I am using the neutrogena serum skin tint and I cannot use anything underneath that. maybe a dry sunscreen would work.

Hi Melissa 😊 I also have a hard time finding tinted moisturizer that works for me so I have been adding a few drops of my foundation to my favorite moisturizer, mix it in my hands and apply. Might not be cost effective but it works for me 😊💕

I really liked JR WT Foundation, but I had a big problem with it: my first jar of the cream developed little crunchy bits. The JR people were very nice and immediately replaced it. and after a bit, the same thing happened. I read some reviews that said the same thing, deal breaker. Also I don’t think it has ‘fragrance’ which is perfume. That it the smell of the botanicals which are supposedly good for your skin. It does dissipate quickly on me. Thanks for a nice video!

I love that top! I don't need more shirts in that color, but I'm going to check it out! I really love the Kosas Glow IV I believe it's called. Just got my second tube of it. Really gives the skin a luminous finish! You know, I said you looked great as a blonde, but I think you look beautiful both ways. I hope you're feeling better. Iris & Romeo Best Skin Days (now some I & R available at Sephora) is what I wanted the Jones Road to be. It looks beautiful on my mature skin. I like many of their products. Also the Yensa bc foundation and concealer are a new to me find that look amazing on my skin.

I had tried the physicians formula butter believe it concealer and it hardly has any coverage. So now I just use CoverGirl simply ageless cream foundation as my concealer in a shade lighter than my foundation for the rest of the face and it works better. I honestly find myself using makeup products out of their intended use.

It’s also a heck of a lot of talent Melissa lighting does help yes but it can’t hide certain things, your eyeshadow is always beautiful along with blush/bronzer and highlight you have talent girl it’s okay to believe in yourself and your talents . Yrs of abuse took away something from you allow your subscribers to help give it back, you are talented and it’s shown the last 2 yrs here on YT you are getting recognition from Brands your sub count is climbing it’s okay to say hey I’m making it I’m doing it and I’m proud of myself for everything I’ve accomplished. You have accomplished so much in the last few yrs you are so much happier it comes across in videos the smile fully reaches your eyes , which in turn makes us happy when we watch you at least it does for me so plz even if you only whisper it to yourself say it “ I am proud of myself and I deserve everything good in life “ you help so many people get through bad days with your videos sometimes you are the only other voice ppl hear and they look forward to seeing you and what you have to say.
