Brickell is the MIA Manhattan with clean streets and Less stressful life but don't expect having a lot of opportunities of jobs here, you have to earn ur bucks somewhere else and come enjoy it here under the sun😎. Thanks for sharing👍

Is the Panorama Tower the best apartment there?

I personally would not say that it is the best. It's the tallest in Brickell, but I think there are a few buildings that are significantly better/ nicer

Nusr-et is over hyped and over priced. His online ratings have plenty of 1 star reviews. His restaurant is known to give unsuspecting customers a gold covered steak for $700. When the customer refuses to pay for something they never ordered. The police are called.

I've only had good experiences there, but I've heard of that gold covered steak story. It is also extremely expensive like you said.
I guess like anywhere else, some people have a good experience and others don't.

That house is not for sale it's an air b and b. Good job hiding the homeless that jump out and bother you. But good job over all

Thank you for the comment. Every big city has some homelessness no doubt, but Brickell is a lot less than most of them. I really didn't hide anything in this video, it was just filmed very early in the morning
