Game : Umineko no Naku Koro ni : Episode 2 - Turn of the Golden Witch
Order : 07
Composer : sunny, cap, xaki
This is my personal collection of the Umineko soundtrack.
Every tracks are numbered by order of appearance. No songs are skipped, and every track is taken from an HQ album release if it exists. If it doesn't, it's simply taken from the game files. Every artist is tagged, and every tracks have an english name, taken directly from the Witch Hunt translation in the jukebox. If there's one, the original japanese name is also in the name as such : "Witch of the Painting (絵画の魔女)" (When available, the romaji name is also present).
Reupload.
Your first two listens you hardly hear anything aside from the keys and flutes but the percussion and string stuff here is absolutely fascinating.
I think this might be the best song in the entire game. The fact that you look into 6 other songs before finding this one is this one, and its extra hidden as you have to find the non-credits instrumental version is... apt. Oh, I am one yet many. I swear this song contains like 3+ leifmotifs we hear throughout the series. As if the song itself is saying "Welcome back to Rokkenjima, shall we begin for real this time?" This song gives me goosebumps. A brilliant work of art.
Well said, I love going back to this track, and there's so little representation of it with covers. It's just beautiful and iconic for what Umineko is, to me.

This one sets the tone so well god damn
I have been looking for this one for a long time, it's such a good soundtrack.
me too, finally found it
Me when the flutes hit
oh.
bro wtf I seen you everywhere lmao
i stopped reading at ep 5 since 2023 cause let's be honest this game gets boring half of the time but hearing all these osts hyped me back to return reading it
read, you won't regret it! I stg
@@yatoanimetops ye i did im half way ep 6 but i stopped due to university and exams
So true, and same with Higurashi - 8 chapters is way too long, so half of the time you are bored, but the other half is insanely good (usually chapter ends). And when you finish the whole VN, you get this feeling "that was legendary". It's hard to read whole VN in 1 month or so. Personally I've read Higurashi 1.5 years ago, but my first try was like 5-6 years ago, and I dropped on 2nd or 3rd chapter, then I tried again and dropped again, but eventually I've spent all summer reading it, and finally did it. Then I started reading Umineko, and after some drops I stopped on 8th chapter (I'll finish it some day). Umineko is so hard to read, expecially second half, because you always need to think a lot, and it's always unsuccessful (for me at least), but it's still very interesting at some parts. And OSTs are so good both in higurashi and umineko (this one is my favorite of umineko)
@@mozhayka_ps the only vn that got me hooked and even thinkings days and nights about it was muv luv alternative
