Peregrine / Falcon chicks are always ravenous eaters! Junior, you better pay attention to the meat and grab as much as you can or you will go hungry! I've watched a few videos of weak falcon chicks get torn apart and eaten by it's siblings, it was difficult to see! We pray that that doesn't happen to Jr.! WOW, the oldest sibling has a huge crop, it looks like a large round pillow - geez, ya know he ate plenty! They all have bulging crops and will soon fall asleep and dream of the day they fly the coop!

I’ve watched a few videos like that and felt very sad. We have never seen it here. The chicks have got enough food from parents. This year, too.

毎年無事巣立っても行方がわからなくなる子がいるので
ヒナたちが大人しい(そう見えている)のも、今のうちだけだと思いますよ🤭
また巣立った後には試練が待ち構えていて、皆が生き残れないのも、悲しいですが野生の世界では仕方がないですよね…
