in the US, depending on in which state you build, its $1M-$2M range, that also depends on the materials used if you use premium, this could go up way higher..

Simplement magnifique, belle conception... J'ai aimé la simplicité dans le modernisme. J'aurais suggéré d'y ajouter un dressing sur l'espace inutilisé à côté de la salle de sport et la chambre voisine qui serait donc la chambre parentale.
Et le coût estimé est très abordable.

If we see inside house view it doesn't looks 15×17m area. 3d view showing as big than actual size may be. If I am not wrong.

Una recámara sin clóset, no es funcional.

Bel design... Ma aluni spazi sprecati e malle destinati la scala dovrebbe essere spostata almeno di un po di spazio in piu' alla cucina il giarnino nel fianco non ha senso lo farei dietrro alla casa e chiuderei quel spazio per avere una tavola da pranzo piu' lungha con un altro salotino finale la palestra.. avrei fartto una stanza armadi per camerta padronale la camera al piano terra va bene come studio i 2 bagni adiacenti ne farei uno grande e toglierei quelo a fianco della cucina che non ha senso la stanza stiro lavanderia e tropo grande toglie spazio alla cucina e i 2 passaggi laterali aperti va bene per i ladri che non ha senso...qualche stanza ci stava amgari un 2 lavandino.

No Master bedroom? All that money spent and no worthy Master suite?? That hallway beside the forward-room upstairs is a huge waste! No second living room either. If I am going to spend that much money, those are things I would NEVER compromise on! What is the value of all that expansive balcony if I don't even have the rooms I crave inside?? Also, I hate designs that suggest luxury but offers none - I should not have to open the door and bust into the living room - where is the entrance hallway??. Kitchen could do with a little more space, whereas Laundry is way too big. What is a full bath doing next to the kitchen?? Instead, that should have been a Pantry. I would personally opt for a home office, leaving space for only one car, instead of a three car garage. Details are important. All in all, could be a great design - still easily customisable.
Well, the designer of this concept-house did give you the choice which of the 5 bedrooms (though I guess which would be...) would be - after youe preference. And the entrance hallway was shown almost at begin of the video...

What is this ?? It's a virtual house design. Literally there are millions of these online. 5 bedrooms ?? 8 baths ?? I don't think so !! I can make a design on this lot with 25 tiny bedroom & 20 tiny toilets. If there are Mercedes Benz's parked outside, then the owner isn't gonna be sleeping in a tiny bed. Unless the owner is a dog. GTFOOH !!!
