We honestly need more Quincy! More Molly (because we can never have enough Molly) and more Quincy, please.
@@scuffedghost3651 As much as I watch Molly eat things she hates - yes! 😎
Great video. Please make more resort tours
This is everything a resort video should be. Comprehensive and entertaining! Great work!
I know the one person I go with would rather be sitting in the air-conditioning bus rather than standing in the hot sun waiting for skyliner
I was staying at CBR in April and I saw Quincy in Old Port Royale while waiting for food at Centertown Market.
I'm a former cast member and worked at the CBR front desk back back in 97-98. The biggest issue the resort had then and still does was the transportation times. But the difference between now and when the resort opened in 88 was there were only 2 parks. Still I feel it's a great resort and I will be back and staying there for WDW's 50th on Oct 1st.
Thanks for an all Quincy video!! My little redhead is so happy!!
Yay! I have been waiting for this one. Thank you so much! Super helpful
Are all of AllEars scared of birds? I love them, always delighted to see a bird 🐦
Quincy, I’m staying here in August and you literally answered all my questions! I appreciate you taking the time to check out the morning transportation as that’s what I was most worried about. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!! 💖
Haha, my biggest question was about the beds.
@@jamiebrandt1011 I saw from another blog that one of the beds were soft and the other was hard.
@@gmkarliah6528 I would imagine that it more likely depends on which one is slept on more. From the pictures they don't look as thick as the other beds, so that was a concern for me.
@@jamiebrandt1011 When are you going? I’m going in August and I’ll report how they are in my room if I go before you.
@@gmkarliah6528 Haha, we go in October. I'm more worried about my husband than myself or my little one. We stayed at ASM last time and I could not sleep on those beds.
Quincy! We need more of her in all ears videos and not just during challenges and RTT.
You've got me rolling on the floor (and thinking "I'll have what she's having") at 29:11.
The Barbossa quote was excellent. 🤣🏴☠️
Love staycation videos. Great look at this resort!
Caribbean Beach was great! We stayed last month and really appreciated the internal resort busses that drive you to each village. We were at Trinidad like Quincy and would've hated walking back to our room each night from the Skyliner. Don't be afraid of this resort's size, I promise they make it so easy, if you don't want to walk far hop on an internal resort bus!
Hi Andrea, is the internal bus near the skyliner station to go back to Trinidad?
We stayed at Caribbean Beach Resort in February, in Trinidad as well. The room theming was great and the kids loved the pirate ship beds, but the time it took to get anywhere was a big problem, especially with littles. It is a VERY long walk from Trinidad to the Old Port Royale and the main pool. I rode the internal shuttle to get an idea of how long it took and Quincy's timing was pretty spot on. If we stayed there again we would try and get closer to the main building.
Enjoyed the video Quincy. I usually only watch Molly’s videos but this was well done. Looking forward to seeing more from you in the future! Say hi to Breedlove for me!
Great job, Quincy!!
Thank you for doing this video! I’ve read so many negative things about this resort in the past few months (I’m staying in the Pirate room in a few months).
You put my mind at ease - it’s all about research ahead of time and setting realistic expectations....after watching this I know how to do that a bit better!
We went in Feb and enjoyed it!!! My daughter loved it. It’s not deluxe but still a fantastic place to stay especially with the skyliner! The lobby smell is fantastic!
Quincy is awesome! Keep doing these staycations!
Chest of drawer LOL! 😂
The last time I stayed at Caribbean was 2007; that was pre-kids. I didn't like the resort back then. Since Port Orleans Riverside is still currently closed, we booked Caribbean Beach for our upcoming vacation for our family of 5. Thank you Quincy for showing us around the resort again. I took lots of notes on the dos and don'ts....
So excited to stay there in January! Thanks for the video
Love these! Thanks, Quincy!
I love how we can always depend on the editor to drag Quincy
Thank you Quincy!! Love your videos!
Love this high quality Quincy content!
Quincy is so insanely beautiful
A Beach Boys reference in an All Ears net video? Heck yeah!
I know we already have resort tours on the channel but I would LOVE more updated room tours of all the resorts and different types of rooms by Quincy!!
Thank you!! Staying here in 2 weeks!
Oh I’m so glad you posted this! I’m stating in 3 days
Quincy, you’re just a delight! 🤣 🏴☠️
Love all of your videos. Would love to see a staycation for art of animation. We are booking that hotel next year. Would like to see how the skyline from there to the parks also
Looks like you had fun. Nice job. Our favorite resort. We always stay in Jamaica 🇯🇲
Love these resort videos with Quincy!!
This was great Quincy!!
I was just there and I was so hoping to see one of you, Molly, Quincy or Breedlove. I didn't get to say Hi, but I heard your voice Quincy and I was so excited!!!!!
We have our first stay at CBR in late June! Can't wait 🤩
Thank you for the video. With cdc regulations being relaxed, I'm sure everyone wants to go to WDW and these videos help with the decision making. When the Poly opens would you do one there? Especially Trader Sam's. Fingers crossed it will open before the 50th! Thank you, Quincy!
Love these resort tours! We’re considering buying into DVC at the Riviera resort so a staycation tour of that resort would be amazing! 🤩
Hope Quincy doesn't mind if I adopt her Greatness of Food scale: from 0 to "Just give me a second"
Great video Quincy!! Would you be able to do this for the rest of the moderate resorts?
I'm staying at CB for my trip this Fall for the 50th. I'm pretty excited about staying there, particularly since I'm taking a few Resort/non-Park days
Always a joy to see Quincy.
I have never stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort, and I am an older person but because of Quincy's Tour I am going to give it a try. Quincy you are honest and awesome, and I hope someday to meet you in person.
Love the CBR and, for me, that's partly because it's so spread out. It doesn't feel crowded. Just coconutty and chilled
A Quincy Breath - your the best!
Hahaha the pirate bed “nap”… which is funny because I would have done the same after looking at the beds.
Great review!! I’d love to see Quincy go to AKL for her next staycation!
Captain Redboat 😂👏
Quincy, you are so quirky!!!!😍
That lobby smell❤️❤️❤️❤️!
Stayed here in 2019. I didn't pay for or request a pirate room but we got one. The room was the furthest away from everything except the bus stop. It was 10-15 walk to the main pool. The kids loved the pirate theme, I found the bed a little hard to get in and out of. That said, the main pool was fabulous and I think my kids would have skipped the parks and stayed there 😆 Loved the overall theme but it's so spread out. Will try something else next time.
ok, i'm staying here just for that dessert!!!! MMMMMM
One of my favorite hang out resorts. The guava Colada was better than the banana cabana drink,. I actually thought that one came frozen too at first,. It’s a nice little strong fruity drink tho. CB is a huge, have comfy walking shoes. Bread pudding was delicious, wish they let u pour over caramel sauce like Kona tho.
Going to Caribbean unless French Quarter opens up (hopefully).
"KEEP AN EYE ON your exact date..." AARGH!
A tent camping adventure at Fort Wilderness would be so much fun! Or if you aren’t up for a tent maybe rent an RV?
Parts of the Caribbean beach outdoors reminds me of Adventure land at Disneyland.
The lack of elevators is a pain even if you don't have mobility issues. My husband and I brought a case of water and a cooler that didn't have wheels. It was definitely a surprise when we realized there were no elevators.
So how was the mattress / bed to sleep on? I missed not getting the morning after review.
Otherwise, a highly entertaining and informative review.
Great video! Although I think the room might be a bit expensive for what it is.
for new viewers, parking at moderate resorts are now FREE / included w/ hotel price. You are able to park for free on all Disney property / parks w/ your hotel stay. Also the pirate theme is gone and replaced w/ a generic "little mermaid" room with very little theming. Only "Fat head" type characters on the wall.
I’d like to know what time you should line up at the skyliner for EPCOT before it opens since it opens so much later
💖 Quincy!!!
Quincy, this video is "everything I never knew I always wanted".
Question? How long did it take you to walk from your room at the Trinidad to the Port Royale area?
Quincey is awesome hope to stay there one day
OK...I have decided that Quincy is awesome!
I will be staying at this resort in a couple of weeks!
Off topic, but since it is so close to the Riviera Resort, if you are staying at the Caribbean, can you use their pool too?
I love Quincy but she is a star she deserves to cover the best hotels. So next time all ears send Quincy to the Rivera, where the stars of this channel deserve to go
Hi Quincy, we're a family of 5 from the Northern Ireland. Would love you would show us the cabins at Wilderness Lodge.
how long did it take to walk from your room to the front?
First floor rooms are very noisy in the morning as foot traffic and kids are running around that pathway. Second floor isn't an option if you can use stairs well.
This resort is so cute
Such a beautiful resort to walk around after dark. We stayed there when the kids were young for $89 a night in 1991 and swam in the main pool at 10 p.m. on the night we arrived.
Going there in December $410 per night 😭 I’ve always wanted to go when I was a kid but my parents didn’t have the money to take me, I’m taking my kids for their birthday and the prices are through the roof, not sure if going to the parks would be worth it or if we should just enjoy the resort, everything seems overwhelming.
This is our second home ❤️
that resort is huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge!
Thanks, Quincy, for reviewing CBR!!! Great video & you’re such a cute Merida Pirate. 😂 You Scottish Pirate, you! Argh! 🏴☠️ Well, now that we don’t have to wear masks outside, when I stay there this Dec., I’ll get there about 90 min. or so early & get a Joffrey’s at the Skyliner! Is it bad, though, that I wish for a miracle deal discount between now & my trip for the Boardwalk - I’d trade my waterview room at CBR for a standard view (& of course be willing to pay a bit more) just to be able to walk to Epcot & DHS. Yeah, I’m dreaming. Ha!
I think when we stayed at the carribean beach we stayed in the room above
I'm staying at Caribbean Beach in June. If I'm in the Aruba section would it be faster to take the skyliner to Epcot and boat/walk to Hollywood studio? And would it be better to take the busses from the Riviera to AK and MK?
Excellent idea about the busses! It would be a loooooong walk from Epcot Skyliner to HS.
This is the kind of "pirate-themed" room you'd make for your young child. My house is more pirate-themed than this (minus the bed, but pirates didn't sleep in ship-shaped beds so I'm okay with that).
Love Quincy she’s so cute and fun!
We love this resort and actually enjoy the large size of the resort. But, we don't take the bus, we walk across the bridge across the lake! We prefer to walk around a nice, big resort rather than stay in a hotel style resort like the others. Just our 2 cents.
CBR has the best food court second only to Port Orleans French Quarter. Food is fresh, tasty and has that Island flair down pat. It's not just your generic burgers, fries and hotdogs type of fare plus the drinks/smoothies are also really yummy. My only complaint about CBR is it's enormous size.
Q, Port Orleans Riverside Please!
Interesting review. We are staying at Caribbean Beach in April - though not in a Pirate room - and I have some concerns now from your room walk though. It just looks... Cheap. We stayed at the Art of Animation nine years ago or so and it seemed a LOT higher quality and it's a budget resort. (Though the new refirb rooms look like they didn't maintain the same quality level.) I'm only eight minutes in, so I'll have to come back to watch the rest...
"Environmental Friendliness" is not why they went to those big refillable soap bottles. They did it because it's a lot cheaper for them to provide than individual soaps and shampoos.
☠️💕 hysterical! Looooved this review, so funny & actually learned a lot about CBR!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Quincy’s Barbosa impression was... actually pretty great
I wonder how the bed was?
I want to try that criminal and rude dessert
Every.blade.of.grass ❤
Life is about tradeoffs... do you want the freedom of your own car in return for parking charges and long walks to the park entrances, or do you want to take a bus where you don't have to park and pay in return for a little time on that bus? BTW if you are from a city you should be used to many stops on public transportation...
I saw a review of the Pirate room where the guy didn't even discover the fridge much less the chest-of-drawer, so Q is smarter! (Girls are.) The lagoon/lake/whatever is lovely, but I keep remembering an alligator came up out of one and killed a small child. Thank goodness for pools. And pool drinks.
24 days!
Do these resorts offer golf carts to move within the property?
No
More Quincy plese
I would never stay there unless I had my own car, its beautiful but inconvenient compared to the same value other Disney resorts.
