- Some basics need to be met when you are training clients. If your clients aren't meeting these basic fundamentals, then it's like you are trying to train them with their hands behind their backs. James Breese suggests these basics can be listed as W. W. S: WALKING at least 7,000 steps per day, drinking at least 7 glasses of WATER daily, and getting at least 7 hours of SLEEP.

@@breathe.move.perform.health it was literally looking at their data from apple health, which a few years ago wasn't as comprehensive. Now we do look at quality with all the data available. But initially, it was time....
