What an awesome treat to hear this artist talk about his process and work. Inspiring to say the least. Hearing him explain everything ignites my creative soul. ❤🔥What I take from this ☝🏻…is just to have fun with your process as an artist. Simple and straight to the point.
What a fascinating man & this was a really enjoyable insight into an artist whose Folk Art I've admired for years. Best 22 minutes I've spent in ages. Thank you👏👏
Thank you for the studio tours and your personal intimate thoughts regarding all your beautiful creations , the fun and full of history and story....just love the Art...including all the beautiful earthy colors. Love the simplicity, even the more complicated box collage or asembledges...love the stories of special needs student and your desire to know how the older artists are doing, if they are still vibrant and having fun...you made it important for us to know that there should be fun in the journey and that while it's great when people enjoy the art, it's going to be different for others...and you appreciate that...bless you Warren kimble and look forward to your next projects...

I can tell that you’re a bundle of fun!! Love hearing your process. Wish I had your supply of junk! I’ve made a few assemblages as well and I agree that it’s so much fun! Thanks for sharing your heart.
At 14:39 I think that round ball object is called a “truck”. It may be from the top of a flag pole or staff of some kind??? An urban legend tells that they were made that way and called trucks because they carried some native soil of the land, a needle to sew and repair the flag, and a .45 caliber round, the standard issue of the US Army. A bit of romantic trivia I suppose
