I am an end user customer of Wake fit. I ordered 3 seater sofa along with other furniture items. It was delayed for a week and even then partial sofa was delivered. I am taking follow up for last 20 days but every time customer care provides fake timelines. That's why Indian startups are not trustworthy. They treat their customer like numbers. I don't care about your mass production and your advertisement. Products are really good. Most of the items are out of stock in furniture section. Plz consider adding a wooden plank as a different product or with charpai with additional price. It boosts minimal lifestyle of people who want to live traditional way or just traditional. Wenge color products should be introduced in every section of furniture especially bedside table. This is with regards to installation and carpenter revisit. In the first instance, the carpenter and the driver opened the bed multiple times and had Zero knowledge about installing it. I have to assist them in getting the bed installed. They said, “ Sir, we have eight more beds to deliver, and we can not spend this time installing one bed. They opened most of the interlocks and outer headboard screws 3-4 times before finally fixing it. And once the complaint was raised, the Wakefit team called. I have shared the video. They re-assigned a carpenter to get it fixed, but the carpenter came and did nothing and told me I could not find any issue (planned and denied as per the wakefit strategy to thug customers and refrain from Getting anything changed and save money. And now they want me to send the video again and informed me that “ Go F**** yourself****” our carpenter told us the issue is resolved, so we are now deaf. I wonder how to believe these guys and post-sales revises. The problem is not settled, as mentioned in the Job sheet. Still, they are adamant that we will not send anyone until and unless you share the video and have no responsibility from our end.

Its a shame Wakefit is not available in Kerala. I have been trying to get sofa for my parents and to my shock I learnt wakefit does not supply to Kerala market.

To Wakefit Management Team, This is to bring it to your kind notice that I have placed an order for an ortho plus mattress (Order Id ORDER202210uOwSyi) on oct-19 th 2022 and the promised delivery is 29 th oct 2022 but it was delivered on 1st nov 2022 and the issue has started from here. Actually the product which is delivered to me is not as per the specifications I have ordered and it was different and the same I have informed to the customer care of wakefit and asked them for a replacement at the earliest and they said the replacement will be done by 6th nov 2022 and this too not happened and I have contacted and I got a call from the wakefit team stating that the replacement is expected to done by 19 nov 2022, so i have immediately said please cancel the replacement and refund me the amount. after numerous calls from my end to the customer care the product which is delivered to me is picked up from my residence on nov 17 th 2022 and still now i havent received my refund and im falling behind your customer care exceutives everyday and case desk manager called Arshiya as she is the one who contacted me from wake fit and promised me that the refund will be done in 5 -7 bussiness days and its been more than 10 days i havent received my refund. i have contacted customer care support on numerous occasions but there is no proper response and every time they are saying you wll get a call from the wake fit team but no calls from them. i literally begged with folded hands to the customer care exceutives pls refund my money as i have to buy a new matresss as my mother aged 62 and a small kid of 6 months is suffering withput the matresss and this information i have given to the customer care excetives on many occasions and there is no response. this is not the kind of services a customer expext and from the wakefit end i have faced lot of mental harassment, time loss and the suffering you have given to a 62 old lady and small kid of 6 months. so I'm going to file a legal case against your comany for the way you have treated a customer so badly by taking the money and not providing quality services. every time when i call to the wakefit customer care they are saying our excalation team is busy if not we will arrange a call within one hour or two hours or 24 hrs and no body is caring the customer. the wakefit has taken my money and harasing us which is putting into lot of mental pressure by not refunding my money. I will never recommend the wakefit brand to anybody and I have registered a complaint against the company through the consumer court....i'm enclosing the no of calls made to customer care , the return pick up and the communication happened with the case manager called arshiya... I have waited for a long time with no proper services done to me also ,but now I have left with no patience and totally the wakefit is responsible.....I have decided to file a case in the consumer court....
