If it's text then using formula you may able to extract the desired output but if is a date then it won't work as it is datevalue na..kindly confirm what it is

Ab wajah jaaniye pehle..ki jab aap intervy dene jayenge to kya first name,ya mis name extract karne ka question aap flasj fill sw denge to interviewer bhaga dega 😊
Dear formula ka replacement koi nahi kar sakta hai kyunki formula dynamic hota hai but wahi jab aapko hire kar lega to aap flash fill use kren koi prob nhi hai
