What if the list has only the first name and no middle or last name then what will be the formula. Remember there is no space after the first name because as mentioned there is no middle and last name.
This formula will work in that case also...
Sir jab me middle name nikal rhu hu to nhi ho rha hai
jaise apne middle name ke liye ak right formula lagaya
aur ak bar left wala hai na but jab me left wala formula lagarhah to jinka name ka 2 alphabet hai osme value error nhi a rha hai osme name nikal ka a ja rha hai me formula ke last me -1 bhi laga rha hu help me sir
