Brendon, that was brilliant mate! First time I've watched one of your vids, appreciate the detailed analysis by going around the track slowly first before a hot lap. Loved your delivery, and so glad you're doing all the tracks of the calendar. Your new subscriber 🙌🏻
Good guide but could you say the best gears for the corners too. Edit: managed to go 8 tenths faster than my pb within 5 laps after watching this. Good shit.
Been grinding for 4days straight 6 hours sleep and beat i can get is 1.29 how tf do i get better dont maater what i do i just need to perfect trail braking to get 1.25
Controller without assists is just going to be slower at all points. Controller with assists tends to come down to how generous the assists are. Load cells pedals offer you the ability to develop consistent break engagement and consistent trail breaking. A wheel is significantly better due to similar reasons, Precision, Proper FFB, etc. Chances are if you got onto a proper sim rig with a couple dozen laps you would probably drop a second or two off your lap times pretty quickly. I would recommend trying to reduce the amount of assists you use as a start point as they are just going to be slower. After that record your laps and compare them to footage of the fastest driver you can find, Work on slowly implementing that drivers habits.
@@scromberprofessionalautist1017i personally disagree unless your trying to run esport level times and even then not really its just about how much input is needed on wheel not much is where more is needed on controller i play on controller and i personally run 1:34 and 1:33s if im super lucky 1:32 on bahrain and no faster but tbf any faster than a 1:31 is unrealistic for Bahrain as thats the fastest time set there but people more worried about how fast they are than realisim ig
How to master jeddah: make sure you have DRS

a good setup can get you even a second
I am just a casual player on controller. I'm just way too slow. Always 6-7 s slower than these guys. No idea how to cut down the extra time i take. 😢😢
I recommend watching dubbi he has lots of tutorials for controller players
