Incredible movie, already 38 years since the making...., where was i back then? 27 years old, still looking for love, now im 65 and this movie still hits me lika a hammer punch, shakes me around and makes me cry... The music is so well played and so good, brings tears to my eyes every time, geee, such wonderful performance by these actors, and so much love, love that our planet needs so much now, i wish every one a very good day, may God hold you in the palm of his hand andkeep you safe. I have not seen this but will tomorrow, a breath of fresh air just looking at these clips.i watched IDOL on HBO And the script. Was banal/mundane just cringe and it was so pornish.If it is anything like real life ,just tragic . It is @ series ,i;will watch no more. The actress is very good: Lily Rose Depp. And beautiful. I wish she would have turned down this role.

I know we're all told that we shouldn't mess up other people's marriages and relationships by sleeping with other people, but this movie is the story of two people who meet by chance and completely and totally fall in love with each other, and succumbed to the very true and wonderful force of love, and its complete disregard for social norms and what is acceptable.
I too fell in love with with a married man. I tried to fight it but it was really true beautiful love. He left his home for me oh how we loved he just a little jealous and caused us some trouble but we worked through them. Heaven is his home now pinned with see you in Heaven my Love Always
Not talking about the subject matter of this movie but want to make a comment about 3, things I find outstanding 1 how lovely Meryl Streep appears in the movie 2 the music composed by the great Dave Grusin the music conveys what falling in love feels like but 3 how absolutely gorgeous Robert Di Nero looks in this movie , he took my breathe away!
