    Every time I hear Megan speak, I'm just blown away. I feel like I'm watching a nail-biting movie and I'm kept right on the edge of my seat. I need to hear what's next! She has a gift. Thank you Sun Valley for introducing her. 💜

    Megan, I love it so much when you visit Sun Valley! Every time I laugh, I cry, but I always get closer to Jesus! Come back soon and how can we find out where else you will speak?

    A real Chicago gal just like I am born and raised in Chicago. Has the outlook of God is in your life day after day no hiding just give him your hangups your habits and watch him walk with you bless you and guide you through your life as how she is the times she steps on that stage until she prays with usto someone to look and pray with is the most inspiring way to be a bride of Christ to another woman God bless you, Megan

    1 Corinthians 14:34-35
    34 Let your women keep silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak; but they are to be submissive, as the law also says.
    35 And if they want to learn something, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is shameful for women to speak in church.

    1 Timothy 3:1-7
    New King James Version
    Qualifications of Overseers
    3 This is a faithful saying: If a man desires the position of a [a]bishop, he desires a good work. 2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, of good behavior, hospitable, able to teach; 3 not [b]given to wine, not violent, [c]not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not [d]covetous; 4 one who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence 5 (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?); 6 not a [e]novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same condemnation as the devil. 7 Moreover he must have a good testimony among those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

    As with any motivational speaker, heard a lot of good and true things, but the job of a preacher is to "Preach the Word" that God has spoken in the written Word. Unfortunately, this message failed to communicate God's Word and instruction in 1 Thessalonians 5 about the Lord's return and behavior in the Church to encourage one another and build one another up. This is what happens when you pull verses 16-18 out of context and build your own message about finding individual contentment instead of what the passage and context is really about.

      Your context is so not correct. Research the Corinthian church and how they worshipped

    • @richardlew3667
      @richardlew3667 3 місяці тому +2

      That's a very twisted context. Ask your pastor what the interpretation really means.
