ENVI: Regions of Interest and Building Spectral Libraries

Thank you for this video tutorial. I quick question: Is it possible to collect spectral libraries of similar targets from different measurements?
Let´s say, spectral responses of crashed airplanes from different regions of the planet, and then save them in a spectral library about this target.

Hello, this is Jamie with CytoViva. You have to create the region in ENVI. I do not think it is possible to import outside shapes.
