Yeah I can't argue with your observations. Society makes them feel special by labeling colored eyes as rare, or something that should be sought after. I also think brown eyes are just as beautiful. It's all about how you look at it. If I'm looking through a magazine, for instance, my favorite models to look at are the ones with brown eyes. Like Bruna Tenorio. She has brown eyes but the shape of them is so gorgeous. Eye shape also contributes to eye beauty. I don't have Asiatic eyes but I find that shape to be so exotic.
I always thought near and farsightedness had to do with the lens (and cornea if astigmatism) and the disability of the suspensory ligaments and ciliary body to pull the lens far enough for the light to refract appropriately, not with the length of your eyeballs. In fact, because sight can deteriorate, I'm pretty sure the shape of eyeballs don't have much to do with how well a person can see at all.

I have REALLY DARK blue and green eyes with a really tiny bit of brown. It's so dark that it looks grey from far away, sometimes brown. My eyes also change to more of a green when it's sunny out, and more to a blue when it's rainy out. It's barely noticeable since my eyes are so dark. You can only see the blue and green in a bright white light. Idk if you would call it hazel. My mom calls my eye color hazel, and so does almost everyone else.

The fact that all carriers of the blue eyed gene can trace their ancestry to this single mutation is why this video made the claim that they share a common ancestor. Yeah I can't argue with your observations. Society makes them feel special by labeling colored eyes as rare, or something that should be sought after. I also think brown eyes are just as beautiful. It's all about how you look at it. If I'm looking through a magazine, for instance, my favorite models to look at are the ones with brown eyes. Like Bruna Tenorio. She has brown eyes but the shape of them is so gorgeous. Eye shape also contributes to eye beauty. I don't have Asiatic eyes but I find that shape to be so exotic.

I always thought near and farsightedness had to do with the lens (and cornea if astigmatism) and the disability of the suspensory ligaments and ciliary body to pull the lens far enough for the light to refract appropriately, not with the length of your eyeballs. In fact, because sight can deteriorate, I'm pretty sure the shape of eyeballs don't have much to do with how well a person can see at all.

If you do some for noses I have one; nostrils can be big or small, if you were born in a cold place your most likely to have small nostrils, if you were born in a warm place your most likely to have big ones. I have REALLY DARK blue and green eyes with a really tiny bit of brown. It's so dark that it looks grey from far away, sometimes brown. My eyes also change to more of a green when it's sunny out, and more to a blue when it's rainy out. It's barely noticeable since my eyes are so dark. You can only see the blue and green in a bright white light. Idk if you would call it hazel. My mom calls my eye color hazel, and so does almost everyone else.
