So, I'm 17 years old, about to be a senior in highschool... I turned away from God and I've been struggling with depression, anxiety, and a toxic ex. I didn't want to continue anymore and I felt like no one cared about me. I was about to give up today and this song popped up on my recommended and I turned it on and I just felt the holy spirit enter my bedroom and my soul feels at peace. I'm coming back to Jesus. I can't imagine where I would be without God, music, nature, animals and my child. We are not here to enjoy the "world", however, as God knows it's a cruel place at times because of so many sinners. This year, there is another person missing, my brother who passed away in April at age 58. The last 6 years I haven't even put up a tree and it depresses me. So, I'm 17 years old, about to be a senior in highschool... I turned away from God and I've been struggling with depression, anxiety, and a toxic ex. I didn't want to continue anymore and I felt like no one cared about me. I was about to give up today and this song popped up on my recommended and I turned it on and I just felt the holy spirit enter my bedroom and my soul feels at peace. I'm coming back to Jesus. Oh Ed, you made me cry 😢 Christmas hasn't been the same for me for 12 years. My mom always sent gifts for everyone and most of the time that was the only gift under the tree for me. This year, there is another person missing, my brother who passed away in April at age 58. The last 6 years I haven't even put up a tree and it depresses me.
