Thanks so much for this.
It's this convoluted nature of Quickbooks that people are now moving to Xero. Sage Line 50 is robust but rigid but so simple.
My overall winner is still Sage Line 50 closely followed by Xero. I'd never recommedn QB to anybody in England or Europe.

Love these videos. They're a life saver. I have been doing it completely wrong for a while. If I start doing this now mid way through the financial year, will it have an impact on my records or is it fine?
