Nice overview! I didn't even know about the server sided facial trick. Anyway, here's some additional commands worth checking out: - /fcX sY (X being the face, Y the seconds, with decimals): freezes the face, great for getting the default face look set in salon with s0, or some specific frame (like half closed eyes). - For premium, using the emote freeze with ss0, while another emote is currently running: this lets you retain most of the previous emote, but can add weapon reflect to any emotes you want basically, or have entirely new poses. Lastly, it's important to take into account the weather's time, in regards to the sun, as well as the direction of it. Unless you're aiming for something specific regarding the mood, it's a good idea to be in sunlight, and have the sun shining directly onto the face in Photo Rooms.
Wow... feels very complex, yet at the same time fun... I think I may have something to pass the time whenever I bored and re-new some stuff for my profile and stuff.
Hello I'm a returning player to NGS and I am truly thankful for this guide. I love taking pictures in every game and was wondering how I could take amazing screenshots in NGS. I'm no longer doubtful if I could become a decent prnt screener in this game because of lacking features. Man, was I so wrong. Again, you have my gratitude!
wow, one question tho, how has ur ngs have such a high quality??i tried myself but never got remotely close to what ur ngs looked like, is there some trick?
Didn't know you could leave a face expression longer using cut-ins. I know using, for example, /fc2 stop to have a smile without lip movement and the smile stays indefinitely until I change it. Also, you can use /cf stop to stop your character's head tilting in a specific spot. Maybe you want them looking at the camera but with a 3/4 profile. You can do that. Still, a very helpful guide. Not on premium yet, so I make the most of natural lighting from the photo room, but good to know there's a character lighting setting in the options menu.
5:53 I'm honestly surprise they went beyond for the community to make use of nearly all types of poses and timing for each. That's pretty awesome and convenient because I feel I need something like this when I struggle to find the right pose with the right freeze time to take a shot. Thanks for sharing this video!
Thorough and informative, even a good refresher for people who already know this stuff too! Good work and thank you for this because I often forget about the "nw" command for cut-ins~
Good lord, this is EVERYTHING I was looking for & more in this game!! So I am a FFXIV player and a gposer over there & some times do commissions for people since I'm a photographer and have been for many years (may as well make money off of it lol), and I was DYING trying to figure out how to even do such simple things that are very easy on the other game thanks to gpose! You are such a life saver, liked & subbed!!!

Honestly I wouldn't mind some informative videos about using filters. This guide was pretty good. Keep it up.

Sorry for the late reply, but I play on PC and on the highest graphics quality if that helps? 🤔

Is there an option to turn off environmental particle effects that are present on the map regardless of the weather setting?
