Some great points there Chris. I do a lot of winter walking and camping, the same principles apply and if you get decent kit you can use it for a range of activities. Using the layers to self regulate is a top tip, getting too warm, take your hat off for 5 minutes etc
Great advice👍 I also use Zippo Handwarmers and even a heater in the bivvy or an electrical heater in my shoes 😁 I am an easy freezer 😊 Always stay comfortable to fish well! Great channel👍 Stay healthy and enjoy Christmas time. Regards from Germany, Dominik
Years ago one of my angling mates used to 'borrow' a pair of his girlfriends tights, stuffing them with some newspaper. I used to dread being pulled up by the old bill and my mate having a strip search lol. These days I pick the warmer temperatures to wet a line. Good video though Chris, thanks. :-)
Great tips, keep up the good work 👍

Yes, I’ve heard the Zippo hand warmers are good, I’ve used the charcoal ones in the past and I’ll take a look Zippo, tight lines and stay warm 🐟🐟

Thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed it - I agree, I wouldn’t want to be caught in ladies tights - I think the thermal underwear is warm enough
