Until u have medical problems and are on medications that prevent you from weight loss yes it really is that hard and people that ask these questions will not understand. I wish it were so simple to eat less and exercise more lol 😂
YES FOR SOME it is a big problem. If it wasn't, we wouldn't have so many obese people. If you don't have the problem then you can't even begin to understand.
I got some eating bad habit while in the army( eating fast and over eating) after health issue got out and started has a mail carrier walk 12 hours a day 6 days a week the first 3 years weighted 220lb when i got cancer and after chemo if i walked 3 to 4 paces i would get fatigue 2 years after that i weighted 323lb😢 slowy been doing excersice but have a lot of health issue like low testosterone bad back and knees and it was now that i hear about this medication😊already am 293lb even by eating less😢so gonna get me some meds❤
@jamietidd3260 Stop, dude, it's lack of self-discipline. And the cost of eating healthier is now way cheaper than eating at McDonalds. Occam's Razor says 40% of Americans are obese due to lack of self-disipline. Everytime laziness gets thrown rightfully at people, they get defended for having a disorder, or their upbringing or the costs of living healthy or something. It's a tired argument and I refuse to believe 40% of Americans suffer from health disorder causing them to gain weight; stop. Taking a walk is free, healthy food is cheaper than a Big Mac. How about accountability? When will we ever just say they're fat because they cannot control themselves?
1 out of every 3 Americans weighs as much as the other 2.
It used to be 1 in 4, but they ate the 4th
I have a feeling that in like 10 years we are going to find out these drugs aren’t so safe. Imagine a huge increase in pancreatic cancer or the like.
That's what I be thinking
of course
Is it really that hard to eat less and excercise more?
