It's strange, but it makes sense. Monster res exists prior to when -elr goes into effect. And static was designed prior to the introduction of -elr. And static was designed to have a limiting of working at 0 res. If a monster is at below 0 res, that's less 'room' for -elr to work on in the damage calculation. The easiest way to make it make sense, is to look at the -100 conv column. Going down, we see it is the same value for any amount of -elr. That's because -ELR has no room to work. A monster/player can't have res below -100, nor can the game calculate damage against a value lower than -100 res. So then we can start at the point of -100res/100 -elr, and work along the to the left of that row. As we have less conviction/high lite res, there begins to be room for some of your -elr to work. As we go left, there is more and more room, until we hit the max amount of room at 0 lite res vs 100 -elr. (hopefully this helps with explaining stuff in the next video involving it; or just ask chatgpt to explain it kekw, much better source of info than random people creep)

Thanks for checking that out. Bummer it doesn't work
Seriously would be a cool thing to have. Hydras cast a spell so they would have to be reworked or enchant for that to happen
