This is a very compelling advertisement for this guy’s service
They had me up to the advert with the chimp in a suit...I'm sure they're a fine office, but IMHO that was a bit disjointed and unnecessary. What does anthropomorphizing a wild animal have to do with a ticket office. Not to mention chimps can be incredibly dangerous, they do not make good pets.

I LOVE the one where the judge pre-emptively dismissed all the tickets of half a dozen people before even hearing their case because the lawyer found a technicality in the calibration of one Deputy. A win for the common person.
Wow a ticket lawyer that actually tries to get cases dismissed rather than only pleading down for a lesser charge. Remember the more expensive ticket lawyer is worth double the price of a lazy or useless one!
There are procedures to go through when an officer issues a speeding fine.
If these procedures have holes in it. (Like the officer calibrating the laser gun via post box).
Then the case can't possibly hold up in court.
That's why the judge dismissed all them other fines.
Trouble is you have to pay a lawyer to sift through the paperwork.
In the UK we have a lawyer called " Mr Loophole"*
He gets rich folk/celebrities of speeding fines all the time.
He just searches for the errors in procedures and is very successful costs £10,000☹️.

A distinction needs to be made between his skill and what he is able to do, and his local lawyers who rely on pleading down agreements within each county, or for each judge. He's great, yes, but if he doesn't show up specifically, his team will most likely use the plead-deal-agreements his prior showing-up-to-THAT-court has established.
I think it also depends on the relationship between the lawyer and judge. The lawyer won't press the judge, and in return, they build a positive relationship.
It also depends on the judge. When the judge is an asshole, you're just SOL.
I had 2 reckless tickets once, went for court, my lawyer talked to the cop and judge prior, the cop said I was very respectful. Go to court, same run down, judge lets me go without any issues, pleaded down to careless.
Second one I had a man who was considered the most strict judge in one of the most strict counties and on top of that the officer was an absolute power-hunger douchebag and made the encounter terrible (even though I was respectful) so I had nothing to hinge on. It didn't matter the context in which you were reckless, nor how much community service you did prior. 25 or 200 hours, didn't matter. I was the one who did 200 hours by the way.
He sent a massive group of us to jail that day for reckless driving, literally I watched everyone 1-by-1 be handcuffed and thrown in jail. My lawyer couldn't help for shit, and neither could many other lawyers. They all just stood there and watched us.
I think some judges think their job is simply to enforce the law and that is all.
Now could my lawyer possibly have fought my case and challenged the cop? Maybe. In my instance apparently he caught me on his cars radar passing me so who knows the situation there.
I think some lawyers know if you're guilty, just take it on the chin and take the remorse angle as opposed to fighting it and possibly making things worse, because if you lose, the judge is going to take it out on your client, and you're not winning any points either.
I think overall, if you're a lawyer, it might be best to not try to piss off a judge. Some judges are petty and you both have long careers ahead of you together.
Regardless, this guy seems great, I live in VA so I wouldn't get him personally, but ill be trying the ticket clinic next time I get a ticket. Hopefully it goes as positively as he makes it seem.
@@ViolentMLG At some point one deserves earning the maximum punishment if they keep doing the crime. I wouldn't bet on it being any easier for a third showing.
Ticket lawyers are probably most relevant in places like California where you could get points on your license, anywhere else it's usually cheaper to pay it outright

I use to work for the LA office and this seemed pretty tamed for what we would go thru
I am a retired cop. I absolutely HATED writing tickets because I HATED going into court on my off days. If a lawyer or person that I cited contacted me prior to the case, I would dismiss it 9/10 times, before even going to court. But, if you drag me into court and ask me to dismiss or attempt to make a deal, it's too late. I'm here on my off day, we are going to trial. Additionally, in my department, an Officer will not get paid for going to court if they drop the citation (even while they are in court). Moral of the story, if you want to do a deal, make sure to contact the Officer before they too are dragged into court.

I once got careless driving for using a ditch as a u-turn in my lifted jeep on a road with no traffic. The officer didn't show up to contest
I ha a slightly similar ticket. Complete bullshit from an asshole cop, just to make me waste my time in court waiting for trial that never happened. Lucky for me the judge dismissed every case where the cop didn't show or showed up but "forgot to bring" their notes for the day in question so I wasn't there for very long.

I work at a calibration lab for the DoE, and the verification of the accuracy and the documentation of the uncertainties of those devices are what I deal with everyday. I love that the calibration story was used, it shines a light on metrology - the study of measurement. What I'd love to see are the certificates of calibration...some companies fill in a lot of BS to make it sound important. The deeper you dive, the more the BS stands out.
Metrology is fascinating to me. Ive seen other opinions that it's super boring and doesnt do anything etc. but that just told me those people dont actually understand metrology and why it is so important.

As a professional Class a CDL driver who uses Ticket clinic I can say they are an amazing service and I highly recommended them. They are currently working on a case for me now which I have zero worry’s of. It’s unbelievable what they can do. I had a ticket in butler Missouri 93mph in a 45mph in construction they got it dropped to a non moving violation illegal parking ticket so no points and reduced fine to $15. Use them!

The ticket clinic got my 91 in a 55 reduced to a no points violation. Even got the superspeeder fee removed! Without them I was looking at a 6 month suspension for a 6 point violation while under 21! Definitely worth it!

Mark is the absolute best ever I have engaged him as a lawyer in the past he is a genius. Prosecutor tried to hit me for 50 year sentence it was a pile of felonies. Mark talked to the amazing judge and explained the truth like it was a coffee break he was so cool . I walked away no charges. Was years ago but he is the best ever.
I hired the Ticket Clinic earlier this year for an issue in NJ. Got the major issues thrown out. Settled on one minor ticket

The one where the guy got caught with his mistress in California im pretty sure is in my area. There is a county with no cameras or they're turned off. When I asked a friend who knows people in the local government he told me the exact same story.

Um, as someone who is a cat owner and had to drive with a loose cat in a car, yes, I can see a "cat on shoulder" being a reckless driving ticket. If something spooks that cat, that cat will do things that could cause an accident. NEVER DRIVE WITH AN ANIMAL IN YOUR LAP OR ON YOUR BODY! You want an accident, because that's how you get an accident.

Im not a US citizen , drove the 101 on 2014 with an international license, and a rented Challenger , got pulled over on a small town in oregon the officer tells me i was doing 55 on a 30 mile zone, I had set the car to Km per hour and told the officer i didnt know how many miles per hour were in km per hour and he let me
go, sweet sweet man, clearly he didnt want to deal with weird shit that day
This makes me want to go back in time and fight even harder on a false ticket I got by a officer who was "known for this". Judge literally didn't even finish hearing the case and found me guilty and moved me along in about 60 seconds. Judge had even the police officers talking shit about him before he walked into the courtroom. Riverside California judges have shown to be garbage in my opinion from the lack of opportunity for justice to be served. Cost me hundreds I didn't have from a lie, still boils my blood.

Over my lifetime (74), I've been issued about 60 moving violation tickets, speeding, running red light, passing on yellow line, etc. Went to court on as many as possible, and was fortunate that my pictures, illustrations and explanations got me out of most of them. Once got speeding ticket that wasn't deserved, trooper refused to show the videotape that proved he timed a different car....but the judge said guilty anyway. I realized that one underserved ticket didn't compare to the thousands of times I should have received notices. As an old guy, I now drive lots slower.

Always used Ticket Clinic when I lived in FL, worked 4 out of 5 times, even on a 84mph in a 40 with a crooked cop. The one time it didn't work was 93 in a 65 but I was lasered so harder to beat.
