आगरा सेंट्रल जेल में सब कुछ ठीक ठाक नहीं चल रहा है। जेल के बंदियों का इलाज करने के लिए डाक्टर की तैनाती है, लेकिन उनके द्वारा बंदियों के इलाज के लिए पैसे लिए का आरोप लगा है। इसका विरोध करने वाले बंदियों को मनोरोगी बता दिया जाता है। । कैदी विक्रम ने इलाज के नाम पर केंद्रीय कारागार के चिकित्सक पर धनउगाही के आरोप लगाए हैं। लिखित शिकायत भी की गई है।

Transfer of such a Corrupt doctor is not the solution rather it must be inquired in to and if allegations are established then he must be kept in same jail as Criminal for rest of the life.
