This morning was Tuesday morning after Labor Day of 2024. I was told this morning that in a couple of months I will no longer have a job. I’ve worked at this construction company for the last six years. I’m 25 years old I’ve been here since I was 19, I have a wife, three year old son and a 10 month old daughter. I know God is going to see me through. I know he’s going to take care of me and my family. Thank you Mr. John for this message. I’ve listened to all of your sermons and I’m very thankful for them. Keep up the good work, sir.

Unable to walk for two years, L5, S1 fusion world turned upside down took me 15 years of walking through the pain on my own to come back to God then and only then I realize what It was all about.

In my walk at this point I have found it easier to accept God's good and perfect will then to understand it. Other then testing and refining me I do not understand the trials I am currently under going. I would like to see some blessings come from my current situation eventually but it may end up being a legacy I leave rather then fruit I can see. ✌️🇺🇸

I should stop being surprised by timely messages. On a walk this morning with the dog it hit me, what would be different on this walk if this or that would have, or would not have happened? Nothing would be different. God is still on His throne and Im content and thankful for what I have. If God has taught me anything lately, James 1:2.
Thank you so much for the part of the sermon where you talked about new age spiritualism and how it has created a false teaching about faith. My wife and I were so hurt by our church when our oldest daughter got sick and all the church wanted to do was tell us to believe more and she would be healed. This type of thinking is so prevalent these days that it's hard to find a Christian who doesn't believe this. I understand that some bible verses can be used to justify it, but as you said, the entire canon of scripture taken as a whole flies in the face of this belief.

I agree, but oddly sometimes it feels like they’ll do both at the same time. Making some part of you much stronger, much more invincible, whilst also randomly haunting some subconscious part of your brain.
It's a very sobering experience.
I’ve had several, and it’s the same effect each time: immense gratitude to the Lord for saving my life, and a strengthening of my belief that I cannot die until the Lord says it’s my time.
Learning from living my life it all depends on how and why the experience happened.

I listened to John MacArthur preach on this some time ago. While listening it occurred to me just how “gangster” the LORD was in this situation. At the outset… the pilot was in command of the ship and the centurion was in command of its occupants. By the end… God is in control of the ship and Paul (the PRISONER) is commanding its occupants.
Also… the ship wrecked on Malta. Do a quick google map search and see how God guided that ship to a tiny dot in the middle of the ocean. Amazing!

I donr remember asking to be born. Why is it my fault if i go to hell?
Because we decided to listen to a serpent and thought he was going to make us better than God but instead we were cursed with sin and it separated us from God and a life of peace and created a word of suffering and darkness everything you see dark and evil happening heart ach, pain, depression, war, murder, betrayal, ect. Is a result of our decision to disobey and go against the plan that the one who designed us had and it caused the entire universe to fall out of order and so because now our design has been corrupted we no longer can enter into heaven because we are like people who had the plague and would infect everything so God not wanting his creation that he loves to perish came in flesh as Jesus to suffer beside us and sacrifice himself so that we could have a way to break our curse and have everything that we lost in the beginning restored to how it should be and all we are asked to do is believe in him and confess to admit that he is the only one and the only way to enter in to heaven and to repent and turn from our way which leads to suffering and death and follow the way that Christ has set out for us which leads to peace and everlasting life so to answer your question it's our fault because we chose wether or not we go to hell because God has done everything to make it to where we don't have to. Because we have free will God can't make that decision for us and it breaks his heart because he doesn't want anyone to perish
No baby asks to be born - how could they? And they need not consent to be born anymore than they may consent to one day die. As it stands, you do exist and you are thrust into this life and will be held accountable by earthly judges if you do heinous crimes, and you will also meet a heavenly judge. You aren’t owed a right to consent to your own creation.
