Have just ticked over 12k miles in a year in my X-Power and it's about to go back. I have had the vibration all the time I've had it, new rear tyres at 11.5k, needed a new steering rack at 5k. I think the centre screen/infotainment is the worst I have ever had in a car. So many bugs despite having all the latest software updates on it. It has really spoilt the car for me because it's so laggy, won't let you change anything if you have CarPlay on the screen (without going back to the home page first), CarPlay is very flaky even when using a genuine new apple cable. Heating needs to be set to 26-27 to be at a normal comfortable temp in the car. On the positive side, it is fast and has reasonable grip. Only starting to develop cabin rattles now at 12k but that's not too bad really. Headlights are good, sound system is ok but not exceptional. The lane assist is outright dangerous on country roads so needs to be turned off every time, which used to be 4-5 screen prods to do it but is now a swipe down menu and 2 further prods so not awful. Car won't remember the 1-pedal driving setting which is a pain. Summary, car dynamically is not bad, but SERIOUSLY needs new software/infotainment, which has spoilt it for me. Generally very pleased to be handing it back and moving in to a Cupra Born VZ to see what that is like.
@@CampervanTime ah that’s a shame you’ve not had the best experience, I haven’t had any software updates yet and I do turn off lane assist and set trying collision to warning only but I have gotten used to that, I can see why someone might find that annoying though! The Cupra Born VZ looks a great car though, hope you enjoy it!
Interesting, thanks 👍
