1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
3 Guajillo Chiles
1 Ancho Chile
1 Pasilla Chile
1 Cup Water
2 Bay Leaves
1 Large onion
2 Tbsp Beef Bouillon Powder
1 Tsp salt (or to taste)
2 Tsp Mexican oregano
1 Tsp Dried Thyme
1/8 or 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 to 1/4 Tsp Ground Clove
1/4 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Hey are you sure they will grow? I just took out my seeds and was gonna toss them. Are you certain they will grow even tho they are toasted?
@@zohairkhan981 put them in a moist paper towel, they will sprout in a few days and you can ABSOLUTELY plant them!

It’s a different way of preparing the birria, and I congratulate you for doing your own version of it.
Although we Mexicans eat the birria unsweetened, without carrots and don’t fry the meat, instead we let it cook with just water and all the ingredients (which vary a little from yours) all night long on the pot on a grill. Yours is like a quickest version of it and I’m sure it has a good flavor to it.
What makes me droll on your video, is the meat you used with the marrow full of flavor. The marrow it’s de-li-cious! And gives the stew all of the flavor.
