My closet and office room is ridiculously stuffed with sealed S&S items/cases at msrp or under, I'd prob get hate for sharing pics of it 😅. Never did grab any of the arceus boxes, but agree with ETBs takin up too much space, prob have over 60 Evolving skies ETBs alone, some being those $38 costco bundles with the tins. My best buys were prob my ES cases, blue sky stream boxes and Eevee hereos gym boxes. My worst buys were prob shining fates and vivid voltage etbs.
goto a card shop and ask them. They should have a ton every new release. If you're not cool with the owners or store employees, then ask if you can maybe buy a bb and get a box to hold it with your others at home of something. I doubt you would need to do that though. This would work best at a shop that doesn't sell much online. I'm fortunate that I have a few shops that don't sell much so they don't need all the boxes to reuse.
Just add up the boxes he has per collection box/set then look at recent sold and multiply by how many he has of that. Then you’ll get your market answer lol.

Most high class sets do very well long term but these last few have been printed so heavily that I think it will take longer than Tag Team All Stars, Ultra Shiny GX, etc. At least double the time it took for those sets to go up in price.
I would 100% recommend buying some 151 during this current reprint/restock. If you can get boxes for $100 or so, I would grab as much as you can afford. Hold for even a year and you will make good profit!
At 12:59, I messed up by saying 2 cases of Lost Origin. The case on the bottom is an obsidian flames booster box case. I bought it for $540.
Dang those Pikachu Zekrom boxes for $30. They will be worth a fortune in the future

You don’t have any slabs or singles at all? Also I just started populating my collection into pokedata it’s a great way to track everything
