Stylistic choice. They slow the track down for them while filming. When it comes time to edit, they can speed the video up to sync with the song. Now their movements will be much more chaotic and spastic to match the quick fire flow. Eminem has used that technique a ton in his career, especially on his fast or playful tracks.
