Oh no! I'll check if mine says VIP and if it has the same doors open time as yours. I do have an E-receipt stating that I got VIP tickets. I gave the tickets to Maia for safekeeping, so i'll have to wait until she comes home to check.

And secondly, and more importantly, I want to thank you so very much!!! I got lucky with the Chicago tickets coz I happen to just go to the page and was able to purchase my VIP tickets in advance. But I wanted to also watch them in NYC. Got my plane tickets already, booked my hotel and was just waiting for the ticket selling. I did the same thing. Posted several reminders for myself and, in fact, blocked an hour of my time so no one can schedule a meeting. I thought I was ready! Thank goodness I watched your video!!! So I went to the Starmedia website and lo and behold!!! They were already selling VIP tickets!!! So I panicked and then hurried up and bought the tickets! Thank you so much for posting this video!!! Otherwise, I would be in tears 😢 You, both are awesome!!!

Glad you were able to get your tickets. I also had a stressful situation because when I tried the link on Tuesday to at least bookmark it to be ready for Wednesday, I got a "site couldn't be reached message." I called early Wednesday to check if the problem was because it was not noon yet. I reached their voicemail, but they messaged me shortly and offered to help take my order over the phone. I was also given the option of ticket pick-up (saving myself the $17 mailing fee). The pick-up location is in San Leandro. Lucky for me my office was only 3 miles away. So for Bay Area A'tin, if you live near San Leandro, consider choosing the pick-up option. And it turns out my problem was because I was trying to order on my work laptop and I was on our VPN.

I told my daughter to make a headband like yours so maybe this time she will get noticed and get her sketches signed. You should be getting your tickets soon. I think the place I picked up my tickets had all the VIP tickets and they will be doing all the bundling and mailing this weekend. I think they did it this way to keep more of the profit. Maybe if it was thru the Fox website, they will have to pay a surcharge to Fox. The tickets themselves had the word CONSIGNMENT on them.

So happy I got my ticket for the SF show yesterday and was able to get one of the last tickets for the middle orchestra. We've already planned our summer vacation months ago and fortunately, July 28 is our last day of the SF leg of our trip. When LA was announced, I was sad that it was during our vacation (I live in LA). I told my husband if they happen to do a show in SF while we're on vacation, I don't care if I'm watching by myself while he stays with the kids. I'm taking the car with me. Hahaha P.S. I think if they had used Ticketmaster for SF, the VIP add on would have been seamless. I didn't get VIP but got to choose great seats. I was emailed my mobile ticket right away.

We were able to pick our seats from the seat map, checkout, then I instantly got the email confirmation with receipt and tickets. Thank you so much for your posting about the ticket sales for the SF leg! I immediately went online to purchase a pair of VIP tickets! Got it! It is indeed a tad annoying having to do a separate text to do my seat choice, but it is okay, there was a quick reply even if I was doing my purchase past midnight. Our tickets will also be shipped to us, it is not convenient for us to pick up in San Leandro.

So funny! I bought our tickets last night and I was so confused with the ticket buying process. I thought it was strange to place an order without knowing the seats, so I ended up texting the number first to ask what VIP seats were available. I received an image of the seating arrangement, so I was able to choose. Of course all the best ones were taken, but I’m just glad that they still had vip seats available😅 I just texted what seat row and numbers we wanted , then he blocked the seats and had me proceed to paying online. I sure hope the tickets get to us safely! 🙏🏽

@@imeldagarcia3460 For VIP tickets, I enjoy the soundcheck and having seats much closer. The photo itself is okay, it's done by 10, but what I like is you get to chat a bit with them. VIP tickets just for the photo alone is not worth it, but with the other perks, for me it is.👍🏼☺️ However, ours has assigned seating which is what I really like too.

We got our Eras tickets in Nov 2022 so I'm just thankful our date didn't fall on the exact SB19 date coz Taylor has back-to-back concerts in our area too, one night during the exact Pagtatag night.😬 That Lea Salonga Broadway sounds great too! Maybe you can do a regular Pagtatag ticket so you can watch Lea's comeback too.😀
I wasn't able to buy in time for the Early Bird sale (Chicago show), but there were still tons of VIP tickets left when the "regular" sale started on May 9, so it was fine (I think I saw only something like 100 people got tickets via the Early Bird sale).
Maybe not a lot of people saw the early bird ticket sale coz Starmedia announced May 9 for ticket sales in Chicago. I saw the early bird sale on May 4 then it was gone after a few hours.
Hi. I need advice. I got my VIP ticket in Chicago and this is my first time ever to go in a concert. The instruction for VIP is to get there at 6PM cuz the concert at 8. The venue is a three minute walk from a Blue Line stop, and I have friends who live in the neighborhood, so I plan to take the train, maybe hang out with friends and eat, and then be at the Center by 6.
@@ajrkboy4512 Hi! If I may, I suggest coming earlier like maybe 5-5:30pm so you're not in a rush. You can take the time to relax and mingle with other A'Tin while waiting. Most (if not all) we met are very friendly so even if you're by yourself, once you're there you won't feel alone. It's one of the things I really like about A'Tin, mababait and friendly.☺️

@Lovely Belle Someone just said they bought GA tickets for NYC concert and when they saw this video, called up the VIP number. They were refunded for the GA and got VIP tickets!😍 If you still want VIP tickets, maybe it won't hurt to try and call too?😀
As Filipinos, we do wanna support Filipino businesses here in the US, and Starmedia Entertainment has been handling most Filipino concerts for many years now. We just hope they can make the ticket buying experience easier next time.🙏🏽☺️
i purchased my seat directly from the FOX theatre website like what i did last concert, to my surprise all good seats are blocked out, i didn't know from the start that there is a separate way of getting a VIP ticket, damn, hence,i think its a blessing in disguise, i have an E-ticket with my seat, cost me 200 plus but it aint VIP but my seat is on the orchestra? confusing really
I actually know a lot of Filipino events that are very organized, so I wouldn't say it's a race issue. Starmedia may be trying different procedures so we're hoping that by sharing our experience they'll get insights and improve for next time.☺️ We like supporting fellow Filipinos.💕🇵🇭

@@imeldagarcia3460 Oh nice, you're going to the Eras Tour as well!😍 Our Taylor Swift concert is actually the day after SB19 😅 so it will be a hard back-to-back schedule. We got our Eras tickets in Nov 2022 so I'm just thankful our date didn't fall on the exact SB19 date coz Taylor has back-to-back concerts in our area too, one night during the exact Pagtatag night.😬 That Lea Salonga Broadway sounds great too! Maybe you can do a regular Pagtatag ticket so you can watch Lea's comeback too.😀
I wasn't able to buy in time for the Early Bird sale (Chicago show), but there were still tons of VIP tickets left when the "regular" sale started on May 9, so it was fine (I think I saw only something like 100 people got tickets via the Early Bird sale).
Maybe not a lot of people saw the early bird ticket sale coz Starmedia announced May 9 for ticket sales in Chicago. I saw the early bird sale on May 4 then it was gone after a few hours.

Hi. I need advice. I got my VIP ticket in Chicago and this is my first time ever to go in a concert. The instruction for VIP is to get there at 6PM cuz the concert at 8. Should I go there at 6 or earlier?Ano ba dapat..i have no idea..i am panicking also cuz i will go there by myself and just take a cab.
@@ajrkboy4512 The doors to the Copernicus Center will open at 6, which is when I plan to be there. The venue is a three minute walk from a Blue Line stop, and I have friends who live in the neighborhood, so I plan to take the train, maybe hang out with friends and eat, and then be at the Center by 6.
@@ajrkboy4512 Hi! If I may, I suggest coming earlier like maybe 5-5:30pm so you're not in a rush. You can take the time to relax and mingle with other A'Tin while waiting. Most (if not all) we met are very friendly so even if you're by yourself, once you're there you won't feel alone. It's one of the things I really like about A'Tin, mababait and friendly.☺️

I had no idea that we had to buy VIP tickets separately. I was about to purchase through website venue but I thought they sold out 😭 I ended buying the regular tickets.

@Lovely Belle Someone just said they bought GA tickets for NYC concert and when they saw this video, called up the VIP number. They were refunded for the GA and got VIP tickets!😍 If you still want VIP tickets, maybe it won't hurt to try and call too?😀
Filipino system/process. They need to get a more professional entertainment company.
As Filipinos, we do wanna support Filipino businesses here in the US, and Starmedia Entertainment has been handling most Filipino concerts for many years now. We just hope they can make the ticket buying experience easier next time.🙏🏽☺️
i purchased my seat directly from the FOX theatre website like what i did last concert, to my surprise all good seats are blocked out, i didn't know from the start that there is a separate way of getting a VIP ticket, damn, hence,i think its a blessing in disguise, i have an E-ticket with my seat, cost me 200 plus but it aint VIP but my seat is on the orchestra? confusing really

It’s sad that Filipinos are dis organized. That’s the one I noticed on Filipino events , there’s no system. It’s always chaotic.
I actually know a lot of Filipino events that are very organized, so I wouldn't say it's a race issue. Starmedia may be trying different procedures so we're hoping that by sharing our experience they'll get insights and improve for next time.☺️ We like supporting fellow Filipinos.💕🇵🇭
