I've been having some positive feedback with the previous "Top 10 Maxi Players Online Ranked Matches" video. You have asked for the same kind of video with different characters. So here we are. Nightmare is probably one of the most popular characters in the franchise. This footage will provide a glance at how the highest ranked Nightmare players handle their opponents.

My brother plays as nightmare and nightmare was partly why I came to SoulCailbur 6. I wanted to defeat my brother when he plays nightmare but he always keeps on pressing triangle which was the hard part for me of course he would be more smarter than me when am playing SoulCailbur VI with him but I noticed that when am watching your videos I can defeat him :D

How do you get the just frams everytime? I do it as fast as I can and can never do it
Depending on what you play on it's different. On controller you need to slide from a to g and hit grab extremely fast (like in 2 frames), and for abA they added an alternative bind so you can do it as bgA, but it's largely the same. If you're using a hitbox, the discord has a few helpful videos for methods. And if you're an idiot like me who uses keyboard then setting up binds so you can slide the inputs on a different row is your best bet.

You're welcome. I found all of those on ps4. Anyone can do it by looking at the rankings, then looking at the top players' individual profiles, and then you can press RB to look at the player's latest replay. I then watch each replay individually and upload them to UA-cam. Then I do some 'montage' and voilà :)
oh and nice beats, btw! I might just use one of those one day and credit you, as you suggested.

aw I'm sorry :'( But there's two things to consider: 1) this is on ps4. I don't have access to pc online replays. 2) did you enable (or disable) the automatic replay saving mode? Some top players did, so I could not include them in the footage, unfortunately.
As far as skill is concerned, I could probably beat them, being very skilled at rarely whiffing combos and i see a good whiff here and there.
However the main part of being top rank is memorizing peoples playstyles and countering them. If they side step- use more horizontal. If they back up, use more vertical.
Theres also memorizing character tells. When to duck, back up, safe attacks, non safe attacks etc
And that's where I fail at. I dont memorize character tells. A LOT of my loses is due to playing characters I cant use worth a fuck (like ivy) or I stop blocking on a characters first hit and wasnt expecting the second or third part, and getting combo'ed.
Yeah it is for sure a complex game and there's a lot to learn about it, be it about character-specific strings, matchups in general, meta tactics, etc. As long as you're having fun at it, keep grinding and I'm sure you'll rank up eventually :)
@@HyperDogeGaming wont be possible, I'm afraid. I cant play longer than a few hours every couple of days, the consequences of working 2 jobs :D but it is comforting to have support :p

If youre gonna play an online competitive mode and not use all the tools you have at your disposal, thats on you. Dont get on others for not doing the same. Youre welcome to keep playing at a disadvantage all you want, nobody else is expected to follow suit.

Although I`m not one of those guys who complain that NM is OP, I honestly don`t think he requires as much skill as other characters. Used to play a lot with him in the early editons of the game (soul edge, SC 1) but now I don`t find any satisfaction from winning games with him.
