Good job, the mod looks great. This game looks fantastic when running around 60 fps. It's a pity that it didn't achieve the desired success because there were plans for a sequel. I'm looking forward to the official version of the modification.
Rowland, you and other users that are more interested in technical issues if you want to test the game just to have another opinion, write an email and I send you the modded xex (both the published and the one I'm still testing). Also because I can only test few minutes, so I don't know the game behavior in next stages. Regards.
Lately I'm searching for other function to change like Motion Blur, FOV, Anisotropic Filter and in particular if I find the FOV function it could be possible to add a hood view or, in other games different from Blur, to rise the first person view that is always at level of tires instead of cockpit
report: I have tried the Postfix configuration and the Blur_39600001 for a while Postfix is the most conservative and the one that works in the most balanced way. Running with peaks of 60fps in time trial tests, and around 40fps in normal gameplay, sometimes having some... Stuttering? There seems to be stuttering when I see too many opponents on screen and there is also action. I should see if freeing up more space on my HDD, or installing it on an HDD takes it away (this happens when there are about 5 cars on screen besides yours). Funny detail: The loading screens before a race and the progress and reward screens at the end of a race are displayed at x2 the game speed. while with Blur_39600001 it seems to be a more lax configuration, since it allows more sustained gameplay between 50-60fps (especially in time trials, where I have experienced a slightly unstable 60fps for a good part of the circuit) and around 45fps in gameplay with enemies. But on the other hand, it is the configuration with the most tearing that I have tried of the both. I need to try other configurations, plus I'm running the extracted game on an old 8GB Kingston USB.
Hi, no I haven't for copyright reasons. Generally, I write how to unlock a game in the description but not in the preview games, because for these I'm still searching for best settings. If you want you can have them for free writing an email to xbox360forever2021@gmail.com
Bro is postif the best values or 0200 or 0201? Is vsync on in 0201? You have mentioned 0200 is vsync off so I want to know as some files have noMB meaning motion blur off. Kindly clarify with the values as to which should be ideal to use
Really? I remember it was very good, but I played last time in 2007 :D I'll try, if possible, to lock it to 30 fps and to turn off the vsync to have 60 fps without framedrops. Stay tuned.
the game runs already unlocked. at least it won't crash like the PS3 version. I played the PS3 version and that is as bad as the average game of nowadays on launch: framerate problems, crashes, graphics bellow what they should be and important parts of the map not loading (forcing a previous checkpoint). And the game itself is not very good. But considering what BlackBox had to endure under Riccitiello reign at EA, it's a miracle they had the game ready.
@@xbox360forever3 It makes sense, even with a current high-end PC it has been impossible for me to achieve perfect 60fps in that game, and achieving more than 30 is difficult even with a very good 2015 PC
Your comments are always interesting. I'll check better what happens. I would also test Samsung TVs because the can use the low latency mode (game mode) at the same time with Xcelerator function (the framerate interpolation)

Finally someone who brings rgh vids in 2024 ❤
Thanks, but I make RGH videos since 2021 :D
Nice and thx for the help with xex files
Oh! It's more fluid than I thought it could be.
i think its 40fps?
Perhaps more in the first person view

You are the best❤@@xbox360forever3
can u do assassins creed 1 with no tearing??
Not a the moment, anyway I don't think it could run above 30 fps without turning off the vsync
@xbox360forever3 nahh 30 lock would be good as long as there is no tearing

Hi, sorry I lost your questions. I don't remember exactly but 0201 shouldn't leave vsync on.

Really? I remember it was very good, but I played last time in 2007 :D I'll try, if possible, to lock it to 30 fps and to turn off the vsync to have 60 fps without framedrops. Stay tuned.

Have you tried NFS Undercover? I know its a nom optimized game but i have curiosity.

I'll tested all NFS. I don't remember the results but probably no frames gained
