I would request users not to buy LOI at such high prices, buy only possession-ready plots, as from personal experience these property dealers mislead people into buying LOI at exorbitant rates and when gmada refuses or delays possession then buyers are left in lurch, Buy LOI plots at only Govt Circle rate as there is a huge amount of risk involved.
