Awesome advice,I do the same thing and believe the cold shooting is the best practice for a hunting scenario and also shows us our weaker yardages that during our longer sessions we may need to concentrate on. Thanks for another great video
The pro's of single shooting an arrow are to me: when hunting you (usually) only get one shot, makes your focus that more intense, keeps you more fresh, where muscles don't fatiuge, and your target line is much more steady, I've tried it and works well with me. My thoughts only !
you guys must have one of the best hunting videos coming up with not having a new video for a while. hopefully you guys arent froze to your tree stands with yhis nice midwest weather of ours. just checking in with you guys hope all is well
Make sure you are using the same grain weight, length and arrow shaft you will hunt with. Practice what you want to accomplish in the field. This will help when the opportunity comes. There are plenty of other reasons to miss.
Hi there nice shooting. I've been watching your S3A channel and i find very useful. I'm new in traditional archery, I just bought a RHand W&WBlackWolf 62" and 35#@28" trying to tune Carbon express 10gr/inch arrows with a 125gr field point in bare shaft. The idea is that the arrows are going pretty right ( a lot I might say) I cut a little bit but I think the problem is that the bow is cut past center en I need to thicken the side plate.... can you please make a video of that so newbies like me don't fall into depression while tuning their first traditional bow and arrow!! Thanks S3A very much From France
Yes when hunting you usually only have that one shot, but doing 3D, or range shooting it's so hard to only take one shot, and not follow up before going home. Obsession !!!!!
That is the reinhart xl. We did a review of it last year and it's about time to replace the center. It has been abused by us and the weather. As for stumping the best practice is to start close and pick things you can hit about half the time. People often try too far and too small of a target and can get discouraged.

Dan, what kind of target are you shooting at?
and, can you make a video on how to practice for stomp shooting and different distances?
